Help! I've found my ideal utopia in the valley.
The hustle and bustle of the city is like an invisible shackle, making it hard to breathe. Last weekend, I decisively set off from Luoyang and headed to the Shangu Qiaqia in Xingyang, just a 1.5-hour drive away. This trip took me directly from a tired worker to a real-life paradise!
As soon as I arrived in the valley, a landscape painting unfolded before my eyes. The rolling green hills were like the gentle arms of the earth. The clear lake reflected the blue sky and white clouds. The sun shone on my body, warm and soft, as if every pore was greedily absorbing the essence of nature.
The activities here are ridiculously abundant! I first boarded a kayak and shuttled across the water, the splashing water hitting my face, bringing a hint of coolness. On the rock climbing wall on the shore, people were constantly challenging themselves, making victorious cheers. Under the guidance of a professional coach, I also tried diving and saw the colorful world underwater. The shock was indescribable. When I was tired, I ordered a cup of coffee and a dessert, sat under the parasol, sunbathed, chatted with my friends, and took photos that were full of atmosphere.
Shangu Qiaqia is really suitable for all kinds of gatherings. I saw families laughing and playing on the grass, couples walking hand in hand enjoying the scenery, girlfriends taking photos with each other, and company teams organizing fun team building activities.
The facilities at Shangu Qiaqia are amazing! There are clean public restrooms and changing rooms with showers, and free Wi-Fi coverage. To my surprise, the water for washing hands was hot! Free parking is available in the surrounding open space, without any burden.
In terms of catering, I brought a cassette stove and a gas tank, and had a barbecue with my friends, which was a lot of fun. If you don't want to do it yourself, you can order barbecue, burgers, and salads on site, averaging CNY 100+ per person.
This trip to Shangu Qiaqia not only took me away from the hustle and bustle of the city, but also made me feel the healing power of nature. Every moment made me feel that life should be so pure and beautiful. Everyone, you can really go for it!
