#mysgmemories #tripblazers I love how grand and luxurious their lobby is decorated with. The shining blinking crystals that shine upon the hotel, giving it an atas (high end luxurious) vibe. The royal plaza on Scott's is located ten minutes walk from the orchard MRT station which is on the north east red line. One of the highlights of the hotel is the popular Carousel dining restaurant which serves yummy food. You even have to book way in advance to be able to get a seat. The rooms at the royal plaza on Scott's were comfortable. Visiting the hotel brings me back to a few years ago where I have stayed here with my family. I remember during that time, there was even a sofa bed in our premiere room. It was indeed a great hotel with just a few minutes walk away from the various shopping malls in orchard, such as the ion mall, paragon mall, Wheelock place. When you enter the hotel, you can immediately see the stunning luxury interior design. The ideas of modern vibes give you a glamorous space to take photos or videos. Cleanliness: - In terms cleanliness, the room is immaculate. No physical signs of dust settling anywhere in the room. - Carpetted floor are quite clean with no signs of stains. Amenities: - I love the extra large towels. Probably the only hotel that I stayed to provide such a big one. And they replaced it everyday. - Room was unfortunately not equipped with smart tv. - Room is very spacious. Suitable to bring guests for card games. - The view from the room is unobstructed. So it’s quite nice. - The tv was installed in the positioned right in front of the bed. - The shower area and bathtub are separated. - The bath tub is very clean but quite small. - They are very generous when topping up the mineral water as well as Apple and orange juice. Plus point from us. - Beds and linens are comfortable. Additional pillows can be requested but they are limited to only 1 pc per stay. Food Choices: - The food offered during breakfast at their hotel restaurant are very limited. For a high standard restaurant like Carousel, I find it disappointing. The food is halal so it is advantageous for Muslim travellers. Carpark connecting to hotel is not friendly especially for single local travellers. To carry the luggages from carpark to & fro hotel requires to travel up & down a set of staircase. Service: - Room service are quite swift. And they do a good job on it. - On the overall, I will definitely come back again when there are future promo deals. #tripblazers

#staycation Stay here during one of the weekday staycation. Choose this hotel as it was only about a 5 minute walk from Orchard Road, the main shopping district. As a location it's almost perfect. The staff however is unhelpful and unaccomodating. The experience from check in is negative as the line is very long and slow . Other than that I notice there is no bellboy or porter to help out with the bags luckily I bring only a backpack. The rooms are large and clean however I don’t have a bath tub in my shower which is a bit disappointing. overall still a pleasant stay for me

November staycation at Royal Plaza on Scotts. Modern and clean Twin and King connecting rooms. There’s ample space to move around in the room. Bed and pillows are luxurious and comfy. Love the design of the carpet. Do go early at 7am for breakfast before it gets too crowded and full house. There’s a variety of local cuisine including salad, pancake, cereal, cheese and pastries. Lots of different type or juices and hot beverages (machine made). If your room comes with the breakfast it’s a plus, otherwise u can give it a miss.

Address - 103 Irrawaddy Rd, #06-01 to 02 Royal Square, Singapore 329566 Ambiance/Facilities - busy but not considered crowded for HDL standard, no queue on weekdays. however the outlet feels understaff. took like 20min for the initial soup to be served. the chicken soup seems like a miss ytd at this outlet. overly salty. tomato soup is still the best. Highlights - excellent service as usual. provide ice cream, tau hwey, fruits and appetizer. free charging of phone. able to have manicure while waiting for queue. love this free service! there’s a baby playing area as well for kids. if you play some sudoku or quiz while waiting, might be able get some discount :) hotpot during rainy season is always a good idea! I managed to get an amazing $150 deal during Trip.com’s flash sales 🤩 The grand lobby is huge and spacious, exuding a level of poshness, while the rooms here are bright and colourful ✨ It had classic hotel vibes, what you’d expect from a good hotel 👍🏻 The Simmons Dream bed was amazingly comfortable - it was hard to get out of bed! 🛏 There was also a small workspace if you need to some work done, as well as 8 bottles of drinking water to quench your thirst 💧 The bathroom was small but classy, with toiletries and bath amenities from Vitamin Spa. It has quite a wide variety of items on the menu and it took me a while to finish walking along the aisles to explore all they had to offer. However, most of the food was quite unmemorable and didn’t impress. Also, a tip is to request for a table that’s away from the centre area as it can get quite crowded and noisy if there’re too many people. Celebrated Dad’s 65th birthday at Royal Scott Hotel. Received VIP parking for my car and received complimentary birthday cake for my dad🎉 Great and friendly customer service. Hotel room was clean and comfortable💯 Spacious too!! Town area is a stone throw away and can’t get anything you wanted! Great location and was a memorable one! Price per Room - $200+ Rating - 4.5/5 Saw quite a few bad reviews for this hotel, however I thought otherwise. My experience here has been lovely, enjoyed the process from checking in all the way to the entry of my room & checking out. Front office staff were very efficient and quick in helping to allocate us to our room. Upon entering the room, there was good fragrance & also very amazed by the space of the room. Toilet is very clean with sufficient amenities. The booking of the room is also inclusive of free breakfast buffet in the morning at carousel. Breakfast buffet offers a wide range of food to choose from! Overall this has hotel is a good place to enjoy and relax!👍🏻✨

Address - near Isetan Scotts. Orchard road. Ambiance/Facilities - Didn't check out the pool as it was closed. Highlights - the room definitely! Nice bathtub too! Service by front desk also very good! Avg. Price per Person - about $150 for the room. Rating - 5 for sure! Have to queue a while to check in. But all was good. Room size is decent. Room was well maintained. Not sure if it has been newly refurbished but really love the bed, room and bathroom. Breakfast wise, do not expect too much. Filling and decent. Location is very good. It is in town and you can walk down to the famous porridge place to have a good meal when the weather is cool. #staycation

#staycation Royal Plaza on Scotts Address: 25 Scotts Rd, Singapore 228220 Hello Yellow duckie! This yellow duckie will greet you upon arriving at Royal Plaza on Scotts. Enter though the main entrance and you will see an awesome chandelier hanging from above with two spiral staircases. Their lobby is very beautifully designed and I suggest you come at an off-peak hour to take more photos. You can choose from their deluxe/premier/executive rooms for your needs. They are also famous for their buffet at the restaurant located in the lobby. Usually, they have credit card promotions (pay for 3 persons and eat for 4 persons). All in all, Royal Plaza on Scotts has an awesome location with a bus top in front, opposite Far East Plaza, besides Shaw Centre and Orchard MRT is also nearby.

My family and I went to Royal Plaza On Scotts, for a buffet in their onsite restaurant. I think we all know what Carousel is. No! No that, merry-go-round festival ride. It’s a well-known hotel restaurant that offers halal buffet of different foods from different cultures. Japanese, indian, local, mediterranean.. you name it! It was my mum’s birthday and I initially wanted to get the private room for us but apparently you’re allowed to make reservations for it only if you have 8 persons under your booking. Well.. my family consist of only 6. But it’s okay! The tables at the common area isn’t too bad as well! In compliance with the local authorities’ safe management measures, efforts are made around the restaurant to minimise guests’ movements. Instead of queueing up to get your own food yourself, the servers will be the one serving you your food. I personally like it better this way. Not only will you save the food from any wastage but your food will always be piping hot when it comes to the table. #exploresgtogether

Had a nice Hotel room in Orchard with lots of food option. Across from hotel, we get to buy donuts for home from Far East Plaza. Walked to Lucky Plaza to have nasi padang lunch at Putra Minang. Went over to Tangs to grab coffee from Luckin'. Overall, nice 2 days spent with family.

My stay at the royal plaza at Scott’s was amazing. Hotel was clean and tidy. Customer service was great and even got a free room upgrade! Will definitely stay again

Love the hotel! Definitely we will come back again and again! We were there to celebrate our anniversary and birthday together. And so lucky hotel rewards to the guest with discount for the buffet! The buffet was so delicious and with different variety. Must try the snow crab, super fresh and sweet! Everything was so perfect!

This is my 1st rime trying out this hotel.I love staycaytion however I always prefer not to choose this hotel due to the small pool however this time i just try my luck but MY PERCEPTION OF THIS PLACE WAS WRONG! I AM SOOOOOOOOOOO LOVING THIS PLACE! Eventho the pool is small but the hotel provide many floats for my kid to play and we really enjoyed out time here. I was greeted with a pleasant smile from BOWIE if i’m not wrong & she gave a huge cookie for my daughter’s birthday.Awwww so sweet. This hotel is a MUSLIM FRIENDLY hotel.They have surau, bidet in the toilet even quran to read.I can’t wait to book another stay at this hotel for my birthday in December.Thank you team Royal Plaza. U guys are AMAZING!

#staycation During my recent staycation at Royal Plaza on Scotts, I was informed that since I am staying in the Premiere Room, I can head to level 15 to enjoy some snacks and drink at their Co-Working Space. The space is spacious and you will find old school snacks there. Beside snacks, there is automated machines where you can make your own drinks such as coffee. A good working space as you can spend time doing your work and munching on nuts or biscuits while replying to your emails!

#staycation Recently, I went for a staycation at Royal Plaza on Scotts. I stayed at their Premiere King Room which is located at level 11. Upon arrival, staffs were friendly and the check in process was fast. The carpeted room is spacious and the bed and pillows were up to my expectation. I really had a good sleep! The bathroom comes with a bathtub. Bottled mineral waters were also placed in the room.

As a result, a 🏅️ staff member of the royal family has been working at the hotel for 47 years, my goodness! He has regarded the hotel as his own home, and everyone's badge has an indication of the number of years they have been here, 511 rooms, all treasured like his own. Being able to do what one loves, and being an expert after 10 years, over 40 years of accumulation, from youth to young adulthood, and then to middle age. What I'm curious about is what keeps him from leaving, the old friends who have been by his side for over 20 years, over 10 years, what kind of understanding of life is this. Halal certification and authentic seafood buffet, but it's a day of freedom for Boston lobsters, very fresh wow. As of March 2023, there are a total of 68 five-star hotels in Singapore, in an era of booming tourism, I sincerely wish them better and better!

Royal plaza on Scotts overall is such a great hotel. Location itself is convenient as well, you’re pretty much in the heart of Orchard where everything is easily accessible and within walking distance. The staffs are friendly and accommodating. For the price you pay, I’d say it’s worth.
