A secret villa by the river.
🦜I have been staying in the ancient town of Luang Prabang for several days, enjoying the colorful buildings on the street, the golden roofs of the ancient temples, and the vitality of the Mekong River. From the city center, take a winding road up the mountain for about ten minutes, and you will see a lush area, which is your destination. The "ROSEWOOD" on the white stone pillar on the right side of the gate is very conspicuous. Walk past the gravel path to the hotel's main hall, "The Great House."
🐝Against the backdrop of lush greenery, the white walls of the French-Laotian-style building look more mysterious and elegant. The black spire is solemn and sacred, covered with dark tiles, with the style of an ancient temple. The carved edges and the gold-printed patterns on the roof are full of Laotian style. The integration of interior decoration and architectural design makes the whole space harmonious and beautiful. Through the arched porch, you can see the oval swimming pool in the courtyard, which looks like a flawless tourmaline in the sun, clear and shining.
🍃The path to the residence is quite interesting, like a jungle adventure. The brick-paved path extends forward, with dense green vegetation on both sides. Some leaves are large and spread out, slightly blocking your forehead. After crossing the wooden suspension bridge, you will reach the waterfall pool villa at the end of the path. The pool water is calm and deep blue, and under the cover of greenery, the pool is close to the rushing stream. The two worlds of nature and residence merge here, which is quite interesting. The hotel has more than 20 residences, each with its unique style and story. The themes and decorations are different, forming the wonderful and colorful "Rosewood Luang Prabang."
🐟For me, just staying in the resort can satisfy some of my desire to explore the original natural scenery of Luang Prabang. For example, you can cool off by the Nam Dong River, leisurely fishing. The hotel provides traditional bamboo fishing rods. Hang the bait on the hook, cast the rod into the river, and quietly wait for the fish to bite, immersed in curiosity about the unknown result, watching the water flow slowly, and time passing by.
🍹At dusk, enjoy a romantic dinner at The Great House restaurant. Taste Laotian cuisine, and the soft sunset and the approaching night add a touch of elegance to the restaurant. At night, you can also go to the Elephant Bridge Bar and enjoy a classic cocktail made with local herbs and spices. There are several lifelike wooden elephant sculptures on the beams of the bar. The rustic atmosphere reminds people of the natural forest, as if a herd of elephants is walking in front of you, playing with their companions in the stream, then rolling up the fruits on the trees, and disappearing among the trees.

You can take the high-speed train to Luang Prabang in Yunnan~ This gorgeous hotel in the tropical rainforest is so beautiful
Luang Prabang is a famous ancient capital and Buddhist center in Laos~ It was once the capital of the Lan Cang Kingdom in ancient times, and its past history has endowed this small city with a rich cultural atmosphere. At the same time, the confluence of the Nan Kang River and the Mekong River, and the valley terrain surrounded by mountains, has also shaped the unique tropical scenery of this place with jungles covering the mountains and gentle rivers~ The gorgeous Luang Prabang Hotel is located in this mysterious Asian jungle, surrounded by lush dense forests and babbling streams, and there is a natural waterfall just a few steps away.
In addition to the suites and villas by the river, the biggest feature of Luang Prabang is the luxurious tent rooms on the mountain top~ Of course we won't miss it! The design traces themed on traditional ethnic tribes also add a lot of color to the hotel. The luxurious tent-style mountain top wild luxury villas show the culture and craftsmanship of various ethnic groups in Laos, including the Lisu, Miao, Akha, Lahu, Deang and Yao's elegant design style~ Colorful hand-painted patterns, decorated with indigo and denim-colored tent-style villas, interpret the unique image style of various mountain tribes.
Another not-to-be-missed cultural landscape when traveling to Luang Prabang~ Every early morning, locals will bring the rice they made early in the morning to the street, take off their shoes, and wait devoutly for the local monks to come for alms, this traditional custom has been continued for hundreds of years~ Experiencing an early morning alms giving will definitely bring you a lot of inner peace. Now from Kunming or Xishuangbanna in Yunnan, you can take the high-speed train directly to Luang Prabang~ It's so convenient!

This resort is nothing short of stunning. From the moment I arrived, I was captivated by its natural beauty.
The resort's most enchanting feature is undoubtedly the river that gracefully flows through its grounds. The sight and sound of the river create an incredibly tranquil and peaceful atmosphere, making it the perfect escape from the hustle and bustle of daily life.
