The Arch of Constantine is right next door. Then, stroll through the Roman Forum. On the second day, head to the Pantheon, followed by the Trevi Fountain to toss a coin and make a wish. Then, check in at the Spanish Steps. On the third day, visit the Vatican City, including St. Peter's Basilica and the Vatican Museums. The Sistine Chapel frescoes in the museum are breathtaking.
