Visit Roganic again🫶 This time for dinner full menu! From the food, staff to the atmosphere, you can't go wrong with this Michelin green star plus one star restaurant, very satisfied. Farm-to-table handling of ingredients is top notch, but what I appreciate most is the chef’s creativity in flavor and presentation. Every dish is exquisite. The four dishes that impressed me the most tonight were tomato salad, truffle pudding, three-yellow chicken roll and Hokkaido scallops. The ingredients are handled and cooked just right, and the sauce and ingredient flavors match seamlessly. All three desserts were delicious, especially the frozen Tunworth cheese. I had never tasted this before! Serve in a frozen bowl, the texture and taste is like grains of ice cream, but natural! Nice to visit again 🫶
I will come back often and recommend everyone to come and try it. I'm interested in trying the Aulis too! This meal is so good!
