While sightseeing in the Boso Peninsula, we came across Odori Kitchen in Shirahama, which uses local ingredients, and ordered baked pasta from Jizayo-no-san. We enjoyed everything from appetizers to dessert. We visited without a reservation, just after 1pm, outside of lunchtime, but it was bustling with ladies. After looking into it, we found out it's a popular restaurant and we recommend making a reservation. 📍Nojimazaki Lighthouse 630 Shirahama, Shirahama-cho, Minamiboso-shi, Chiba 295-0102 About an hour and a half by car on the highway from Tokyo We went to Nojimazaki in Minamiboso-shi, Chiba, which is famous for its lighthouse. We went to see the stars, so it was a night drive, but surprisingly (?) there were a few resort hotels and seafood restaurants in the area. I would definitely like to stay there next time. Going through a rotary-like area with a park in the center, you can see the lighthouse. There seem to be a lot of mosquitoes in the summer. There are crabs everywhere as you walk, so be careful not to step on them 🦀 They're cute If you go beyond the lighthouse, there is a white bench on the coast where you can see the sunrise and sunset, but the footing is rough, so women who have come wearing heels should not push themselves. The sunrise and sunset are probably quite beautiful, but the starry sky was so beautiful that I ended up staying on the bench. It was the middle of the night on a Friday, but there was only one person observing the stars, so it was a hidden gem. I'd definitely like to stay overnight next time.

#Spring0yentrip I went to the roadside station Otsunosato Flower Club in Minamiboso, Chiba Prefecture! This is a great place for flower lovers, and the greenhouse was filled with colorful flowers in full bloom, making it very gorgeous. I was particularly surprised at the wide variety of carnations, saying, "There are so many colors and shapes!" The greenhouse is larger than I expected, and it's just the right size to take your time looking around while taking photos. Another attraction of this place is that you can experience picking flowers. You can choose and pick your favorite flowers, so it's perfect for your travel memories. I picked carnations, and I was happy that the room was so gorgeous for a while after I got home. Because it's a roadside station, there are plenty of local vegetables and souvenirs, and I ended up buying too much. It was perfect as a souvenir for my friends! You can spend a relaxing time surrounded by flowers, so it's recommended for people who want to be soothed or who love photography! Next time I'd like to go in a different season and enjoy new flowers again.
