The location of the hotel is very good. It is within walking distance to popular attractions such as Resorts World, Universal Studios, and Oceanarium. The hotel staff are friendly and enthusiastic. They made a note of the anniversary when booking the room. The lady at the front desk upgraded the room for free and gave us very delicious food. Chocolate, an unforgettable and happy trip. This hotel is among the hotel group in Sentosa, costing over 2000 per night, which is quite affordable. It happened to rain after we arrived, but you can go directly to Putian and other restaurants inside the hotel. There are also many shops selling cosmetics, bags, and glasses, which are great for shopping. It should be a gathering place for tourists in Singapore. Next to Putian, there is a Starbucks where a cup of coffee costs about ¥48 RMB. We ordered five dishes for two people in Putian, which cost more than 700 RMB; the service is also good, but it's a bit troublesome to order outside. However, as newcomers, we just followed the waiter's arrangement. We will continue to share our itinerary tomorrow

Perfect location for family staycation. Conveniently located within Resorts World Sentosa, this newly refurbished hotel (formerly Festive Hotel) has a cosy, home away from home vibe. The family loved the Deluxe Suite. It is nicely decorated in neutral tones and is spacious. The 2 in-room TV are huge at 75 inch! Aside from local channels, there are Netflix, Disney+ and HBO. The breakfast buffet was good and the dishes were different on consecutive days. Pool is average size, located next to the restaurant. There's a 24 hours grab and go counter at the lobby if you are feeling hungry in the middle of the night. Overall, one of the best staycay experiences. Will be back! #freehotelstay

Even though we checked in late at night, they treated us so kindly~ They also upgraded our room, so my three children and I had a very comfortable time~~ It rained a lot, but the Resort World accommodations are all connected, so it was easy to go to Universal or the aquarium. They said it would be noisy because it was still being remodeled, but it wasn't noisy. We had to use the Hard Rock Hotel for breakfast and the swimming pool, but it was all connected, so it was easy to go. It was a shame that we couldn't use the swimming pool because it rained in the morning. The breakfast was just average~~ I was worried when I was deciding on a place to stay in Sentosa because there were many old hotels and many reviews saying it was humid, but this hotel was remodeled, so I was very satisfied.
