Relish, which started its career in industrial buildings in Kwun Tong, recently closed its branch in Discovery Park🤥
After wandering around, I came to Airside and started again🏢
The new store is no longer a semi-open store in one corner of the mall👀
But what remains unchanged is that we will continue to cooperate with the imported furniture store Alot Living🙌🏻
Providing exquisite Japanese and Western cuisine in a Japanese simple wooden space🍽️
The restaurant has two rows of floor-to-ceiling glass windows with good lighting🪟☀️
After entering the door, there is a coffee bar on the left for takeout, and a product sales area on the right🧐
Walking further forward is the reception area, but your eyes are instantly attracted by the dessert cabinet next to it 🤩
The dining area of the restaurant is very spacious and there are many seats🪑
The moon pendant in the center is the focus of the room🌖
When it opened, it coincided with the Mid-Autumn Festival, attracting many people to check in📸
In addition to wooden tables and chairs, there are also wooden fabric sofa seats🛋️
With sunshine and plants, it feels very comfortable without the cramped feeling of being in a shopping mall😌
I still remember the first time I went to the Kwun Tong store in those years, the wasabi and smooth potato puree was amazing 🤤
But I can’t go back. This time the potato puree was not smooth enough and there were grains in it🥔
The sauce-roasted Japanese pork eye is also a little dry, so I need to dip it in more sauce to replenish it🥩
In addition to coffee, you can choose fruity or nutty blend☕️
Today I added Ethiopia yirgacheffe sun-dried beans🫘
In addition to the tropical fruit and lime flavors, there are bursts of floral aroma🥭🍋🌹

Kai Tak's Artistic Cafe
Although I don't find the shops at Kai Tak Airside very appealing or suitable for our shopping, there are a few restaurants I'm quite interested in trying. One of them is this restaurant that specializes in creative Japanese-Western cuisine, a collaboration between the imported furniture store Alot Living and Relish Kitchen. It's always bustling with people whenever I pass by.
The restaurant occupies over 1,600 square feet and is designed with a simple Japanese-style wooden and greenery theme. The glasshouse allows natural sunlight to bathe every corner of the restaurant, creating a very comfortable and relaxing atmosphere with a spacious feel that is very soothing.
As for the food, there is actually quite a variety, including salads, steaks, risottos, pastas, burgers, desserts, as well as coffee and special drinks. We tried two lunch sets this time:
🌟Cheese Australian Wagyu Burger with Caramelized Onions, Garden Salad, Fried Sweet Potato Fries, and Sriracha Sauce
$158 (9/10)
The Wagyu burger was just average, but I really appreciated the fried sweet potato fries. Maybe because I'm tired of the usual salty fries, these slightly sweet yet hot and crispy sweet potato fries felt quite refreshing 🤭
🌟Cheese Baked Boston Lobster (Half) with Lobster Sauce Pasta
$188 (9.3/10)
The half lobster was quite impressive, and the pasta was not bad, but it would have been better if it were a bit firmer. Maybe I don't like pasta that's too soft; when I cook it myself, I make sure not to overcook it even by a second 😬😂 The taste was good, and I might try something else next time.
🍸Drinks
🌟Gyokuro Tea🫖 (8/10)
I might have had high expectations, but I was a bit disappointed, especially since it was a super small cup and cost an additional $18 with a meal, not worth it!
🌟Matcha Milk🍵 (8.5/10)
This one was quite good, but there are other restaurants that do it better.
We also ordered a Japanese dessert
🌟Uji Matcha Cake with Japanese Red Beans
$68 (8.8/10)
The desserts at this restaurant have a very special presentation, many of them are very beautiful and delicate. This includes the Uji matcha cake with Japanese red beans shaped like an ice lolly, which reminded me of the taste of Kyoto 😝
