This time I went to Sheung Wan with my friends again. Once I got out of the station, I saw several restaurants across the street. We were all attracted by this wooden-decorated door. There are several stairs outside the door, and there is a quite feel-like photo spot next to it😎
The decor inside the restaurant has a bit of Showa style, it feels a bit like a coffee shop in a Japanese drama. There is not a lot of seating in the store, there are different areas, and there are tatami seating, the overall layout is quite spacious, very comfortable when dining. It was not dinner time when we arrived that day, there was not much crowds, the staff were decorating the restaurant with Christmas decorations, which added a lot of Christmas atmosphere to the restaurant🎄
This time for the main course, we tried his wild vegetable curry egg bun rice and sukiyaki sauce slow cooked beef fillet; the former is a meatless dish, eat more light, curry slightly spicy, eggplant very fresh, cherry tomatoes sour and sweet, eat Very appetizing 😋 The latter sukiyaki beef fillet rice, looks beautiful, the beef fillet is very tender, light cream neutralizes the sweetness of the sukiyaki sauce, while making the taste more creamy, mixed with egg sauce to eat together, is a satisfying sukiyaki 👍🏿
For dessert, we tried sea salt cheese hojicha sweet potato cake and a slight Showa pudding with ice cream; both desserts look very beautiful, very photoworthy, the former's cross-section can see all its ingredients at a glance, the salty taste of sea salt and the sweetness of the cake contrast, fluffy 🤤 the latter pudding is very smooth, with a rich egg flavor 😝
Overall, the restaurant has a retro feel, although the price is slightly expensive, but the environment is very comfortable, easy to relax, and they also have a Christmas special menu, you might as well invite your friends to celebrate Christmas 😉
