Rawai is beautiful and quiet BUT it’s far away from all the exciting places. So if you want a party be prepared to pay a few hundred Thai baht for a taxi or just book your accommodation in Patong. I had the chance to go back home to Phuket for some errands and decided to grab a bite at Rawai. Normally, I eat at the restaurants inside, but today my grandma wanted to enjoy the view, so we chose Mukmanee Restaurant. The food there is incredibly delicious, bursting with flavor, and I was absolutely thrilled. Credit also goes to the restaurant's fresh ingredients, especially the seafood, which was super fresh. I can't remember the name of the restaurant, but I believe all the restaurants there offer fresh seafood. Just pick one that catches your eye. Great taste, great quality, great price. For this, you pay around 100 Bht per kilo of seafood. Yes, you’ve read that right, kilo, cause what else can you do when you have all that abundance around you, but satisfy all your cravings. Do not forget to bargain!

Been numerous times to Phuket. This is the 1st time trying out Rawai Seafood as usually I will go to Banzaan Market out of convenience. I will say, the prices in Rawai are so much cheaper than Banzaan!! 1.4Kg Lobster plus cooking fee only cost us SGD80!! All these food plus 2 bottle of beer and cooking fee was only SGD180. Seafood freshest to the Max, and the restaurant Khun Pha Seafood chiili was indeed very nice as recommended by a Youtuber. Its the hassle of bargaining stall to stall makes it very tiring.
