Paradise on Earth in Sharm el Sheikh, Egypt
Getting There - The easiest way to get there is directly by plane from many european airports. Another option would be to take the Bus with the company GOBUS from Cairo to Sharm el Sheikh which is really cheap but takes very long like 10 hours with a lot of control points on the way
Attractions - Sharm el Sheikh is the perfect place to go diving or snorkeling. There is a Nationalpark called Ras Mohammed which i recommend
Food & Restaurants - Farsha
Shopping - many shopping malls

Ras mohamed Natural Park - magical Red Sea
The park was established to protect against urban sprawl from Sharm El Sheikh and other coastal development.
Two of the most famous dive sites at Ras Mohammed National Park are Shark & Yolanda Reef, ranked among the top ten dive sites in the world.
On land, the park protects a small mangrove forest at the end of the peninsula. Further inland, the landscapes include mountains, sand dunes, wadis, and coastal mud plains.
The park is not known for hikes and treks. It is mostly known for the coastal landscapes, crystal clear blue water, and exploring the underwater world of the Red Sea Reef and some of the neighboring reefs along the peninsula.
Snorkelers and scuba divers will find Ras Muhammad National Park as an underwater haven. Many of the species of life are endemic only found in the Red Sea Reef area.
We suggest to go with a guide so they can explain you the best way to discover the natural park.
A well kept national park area of great history. There is a magic lake and two areas where there was an earthquake and the ground opens up to lovely views. According to the legend you need to make a wish before you get into the magic lake. Its name is due to the fact that its waters change their colors 7 times a day according to sunlight.
The legend says that the lake has a high healing ability, especially for bone and rheumatic diseases, and that is true because the lake water contains many minerals that are used in the treatment of many diseases, especially rheumatic diseases, and when tourists go to it, they treat themselves with that mineral water. The Bedouins call the lake the “Wishing” lake, because they believe that if they swim in the lake and then throw some stones loaded with wishes, these wishes will come true.
The arid desert terrain by sand dunes, mangrove lakes, gravel plains, desert bays, fossil corals, and granite mountains and is home to numerous animal and bird species: Dorcas gazelles, Nubian ibexes, and red foxes, as well as terns, herons, seagulls, and ospreys
Unique park, magic lake, unforgettable place!!!!!!!

Heaven on Earth 🌍 🥰
This is Ras Mohamed National Park in Sharm El Sheikh, Egypt. The park spans an area of 490km², including 135 km² of surface land area and 345 km² area over water. It has the most beautiful corals which makes it an ideal place for diving and snorkeling. There are organised boat trips for snorkelling that only go to the waters of the National Park, not the land. You will find many birds here, so if you're a nature lover, bring your binoculars to see the beautiful birds. The best way to see all the attractions here is to bring your own car, but many excursion companies will go here by bus. #tripblazers #mountainview

Ras Mohamed national park in sharm el sheihk is absolutely stunning and it was even better to be there on Christmas Day, we drove around for a couple of hours and saw lots of places that we hadn’t seen before like the saline lake and the shark observatory and ras Mohamed rock… then we went to the camp and had a lovely bbq meal and relaxed inside the big camp shelter, they have opened the new toilets and have running water now which is cool, definitely worth a visit

Amazing Boat trip to Ras Muhammad
#bucketlistreboot
We always enjoy getting boat trips as they tend to explore local islands and allow for a bit of at-sea diving/snorkelling. This particular trip cost us £32.50 inclusive of transfer, snorkelling equipment (however, we had our own), 3 swimming stops, lunch and soft drinks and one 10 min dive.
On the boat they made us aware that we can upgrade our diving experience for a little more extra (£15 pp) should we want 25 min of diving. Of course, we haggled for both of us and managed to agree on £25.
Unfortunately, Hristina didn’t enjoy diving so it was just me that went for the full 25 min. For an additional fee they can also take photos of you whilst on the boat or diving. Our advice is to wait till the last minute to make sure you get the best discounts before buying them.
