Keisuke is a brand that many Singaporeans are familiar with and it is famous for it's free flow eggs in almost all of its dining concepts and this one is no exception! I dropped by for lunch and was almost instantly served a cup of water, bowl of eggs and also beansprouts! They were all tasty and I had multiple portions. The ramen was easily customizable and it was delish! This is one of the most value for money MustEats I always come back to! The ambience resembles that of a modern Japanese eating house and even with the space filling up with customers, it wasn’t too noisy. My husband and I ordered an original tonkotsu ramen and a black spicy tonkotsu ramen. Wow, the broth was rich and flavourful. We could also customise the broth intensity, amount of oil and noodle doneness. The best part for me was the free-flow beansprouts and hard-boiled eggs, what a treat!
