The highlight is the Cavenagh Bridge, the oldest and only suspension bridge in Singapore. And Anderson Bridge, located near the mouth of the Singapore River. I always have doubt about bar food but this place is different. We ordered: 1. Cold Truffle Somen with Hotate - 10/10 I was skeptical at first but one mouth is all it takes to change my mind. The dish had so many layers to it that every bite is heavenly. I highly recommend trying - the truffle taste it strong but pleasant. 2. Baja fish taco - 10/10 fish batter was light and airy and it gave a nice crunch while the meat inside is soft, tender and juicy. 3. Prawn Gyozas - 6/10 I would skip this, however my friend would recommend it. It subject to individual taste but I personally feel that it has room to elevate the gyoza - to include some texture and balance in terms of flavours. 4. The drinks here are on the pricer end. Overall a great place to hang out with friends after work. It can get very busy quickly around 6-7pm on the friday so be sure to make a reservation or try your luck by walking in earlier. #singapore

Well, you also won’t miss the irresistible bread aroma wafting out of @prooferboulangerie shops🤤 One of their many outlets is super near my office, so I popped by for a takeaway lunch. It is going to be tough so be mentally prepared for what you are going for. It is a bootcamp kind of fitness centre, doing HIIT workout in a small group. It is a medium to high intensity workout and it is not going to be easy. The lights at the studio are tinted for example, the red room whereby the lights are red and loud music is playing in the background to get your adrenaline pump up. After workout, head over to their Fuel Bar and try out their smoothies.

If you are coming from The Fullerton Hotel, you can either use the underground walkway or cross the traffic lights at Bank of China. If you are coming from the Fullerton Bay Hotel, you can use the overhead walkway from The Arcade, right outside The Fullerton Bay Hotel entrance. If you walk a bit further to the Customs House, you can use the escalator instead of stairs. During covid times, they also have delivery services but eating their fish soup will be best enjoyed in their shop. They have a variety of fish soup combinations for selection. Their grief garlic is a must and you can help yourself to it. Also, you can buy their fried garlic back too, in bottles for like $6 per bottle. Truth to be told, there had been some unglamorous news on this Arcade Fish soup about their hygiene level. But they are still having long queues everyday during lunch time.

There is a convenience store there, as well as several dining restaurants there. As today is a weekend, hence most of the shops are closed . You can even find a post office here where you can mail back letters and post cards to your friends back in your hometown. I will definitely explore this place again in the future .

Lau Pa Sat is the largest and most popular hawker center in Singapore. Hawker center is a street of food stalls, and it is located in an area surrounded by high-rise buildings. When we arrived at Lau Pa Sat around 7pm, the 2500 seats were almost all filled, so it was bustling with people. When you come here, the first thing to do is try their famous satay! Sate is like yakitori in Japan, and it has a spice and sweetness reminiscent of coconut, making it very easy to eat. I think 10 pieces of satay were about $6. Shrimp was $2 each.
