Last month we traveled to Barcelona and stayed at the Hotel Barcelona 1882 on Carrer de Còrsega. This hotel is in an excellent location, just a 10-minute walk from the famous Sagrada Familia and about a 10-minute drive from Casa Batlló and Casa Mila. There are also many authentic restaurants 🍽️ around, making it convenient to explore the flavors of the city!
Hotel Barcelona 1882 is a very modern hotel with a simple yet stylish decoration style. The lobby is spacious and bright, the reception staff at the front desk are very enthusiastic, and the check-in process is fast and smooth. The hotel facilities are also very complete. There is a small swimming pool on the roof. Although it is not big, it overlooks the beautiful view of Sagrada Familia. It is really a great place to relax. There is a bar in the hotel that serves snacks and drinks at reasonable prices🍹.
The room was very clean, tidy, spacious and comfortable. The bed is moderately soft and hard and feels very comfortable. The room is fully equipped with TV, air conditioning, coffee machine and more. Disposable toiletries pay great attention to quality, which makes people feel more considerate. We stayed for 4 nights and woke up refreshed every day 😊.
Passeig de Gracia, next to the hotel, is Barcelona's shopping paradise, lined with a variety of boutiques and restaurants. I especially recommend trying the nearby Artéteca Pizzeria Napoletana. The pizza at this Italian restaurant is so delicious that you want to have another slice 🍕. In addition, the tapas at Fervor restaurant are also excellent. Paired with a glass of local sangria, your taste buds will be awakened immediately✨.
The only downside is that the rooftop swimming pool is a bit small and is only suitable for soaking in the water. If you're looking forward to a refreshing swim, you may need to find another pond. However, we are very satisfied with the warmth and thoughtful service of the hotel❤️.
