Remember to bring some coins so you can exchange them for animal feed. 2️⃣ Queenstown TSS Steamship + Walter Peak Farm Tour Take a ride on a century-old steamship and experience the retro atmosphere You can also feed small animals, watch sheep shearing performances, and enjoy a buffet on the farm~ 3️⃣ Skyline Cable Car 🚠Go to the top of Queenstown Mountain to see the whole town view After taking the skyline, walk to Luge according to the route. Choose the right helmet and find the entrance! There will be staff on site to teach you on the first lap. It is very simple and you can control the speed yourself. The tracks are divided into beginner and advanced levels. Slide to the end and take the cable car to the top of the mountain, where you can queue up for the next round. It was a trip to Queenstown, New Zealand. We visited a few places for hiking. If you love hiking like us, we highly recommend two incredible trails that we explored. These spots offer stunning views and are perfect for capturing breathtaking photos 📸 especially when timed just right. Queenstown Hill Walk We kicked off our hiking adventure with the Queenstown Hill Walk, a must-do for anyone visiting the area. Starting early around 8:00 AM ☀️ allowed us to enjoy the trail in the crisp morning air, with fewer people on the path. As we made our way up, the views over Lake Wakatipu and the surrounding peaks unfolded beautifully. One of our favorite spots for a photo was the Basket of Dreams sculpture. The light hitting the lake and mountains in the morning made for perfect photo opportunities, so be sure to stop and capture that magic! This hike is relatively short but offers one of the best panoramic views over Queenstown highly recommended. 📍 Belfast Terrace, Queenstown 9300, New Zealand Ben Lomond Track Ben Lomond Track was the pinnacle of our Queenstown hiking experience🏔️ We started early at around 7:00 AM to give ourselves enough time to reach the summit and enjoy the scenery along the way. The trail begins at the top of the Skyline Gondola and quickly takes you into alpine territory. We found the saddle (halfway up) to be a fantastic spot to take a break and snap some photos 📸 of the incredible view over the town and lake. If you’re feeling adventurous, continue up to the summit for panoramic views of the Southern Alps, the sight is nothing short of awe-inspiring. The lighting here is best in the morning or late afternoon when the sun bathes the mountains in a warm glow. 📍Top of the Skyline Gondola, Brecon Street, Queenstown 9300, New Zealand Both trails offer unique perspectives of Queenstown’s beautiful landscapes and are perfect for those who love scenic photography and nature 🙌🙌🙌 #hikingtrails #trip #nature

Queenstown Hill offers a more family-friendly and less challenging hike compared to Ben Lomond in the same region. As you ascend the trail, you can enjoy the distant views of lakes and mountains, catch glimpses of tui birds darting through the trees, and spot goats grazing leisurely along the path. The sounds of birdsong and distant bleating create a harmonious backdrop, and the animals, unafraid of the hikers' curious gazes and photographs, continue to chew thoughtfully without rushing to escape. Halfway up the hill, there's a unique iron gate that's perfect for tourists to check in. Continuing up the trail, you'll find an abundance of mushrooms under the trees, mostly bright red with white spots. They're great for photos and observation, but it's not recommended to pick or consume any wild mushrooms. Further up, you'll encounter clusters of white mushrooms and even a small patch of red leaves in June, showcasing the thriving coexistence of different species on the mountain. The final stretch to the summit may be a bit tiring, but the overall difficulty is not high, making it an excellent destination for a holiday outing.
