[2025 Southbank Attraction] Travel Guide for Queen Victoria Gardens (Updated Apr)

We had a great time in Melbourne- from the CBD along Yarra River with all the museums and galleries (NGV)to the Philip Island with the picturesque views and Lysterfield Park to see the kangaroos . We wish we could stay longer for more adventure

#melbournetrip The Queen Victoria Gardens if seen from above, are a triangular formation and many tourists confuse these gardens with The Domain and Alexandra Gardens, but they are all separate areas, despite being part of the Domain Parklands. They run along St Kilda Road and around to the Art Centre. Would recommend the walk through Queen Victoria Gardens all the way through the Botanical Gardens. Perfect way to enjoy a sunny afternoon. Queen Victoria Monument pictured.Beautiful park with stunning views all around. A nice and relaxing place to spend some time. Could hear music performances from the MPavilion, which was a great addition to the walk around the gardens. Loved the water features!

Queen Victoria Garden is not only found in Hong Kong, but in Melbourne! The garden is most famous for its feature oversized flower clock, donated to the city of Melbourne in 1966 by a group of Swiss watchmakers, changing flowers twice a year to match the season The garden is not very large, with a pond, and King Edward VII monument.
