- Overview: Initially built in 2009, the park was constructed on six of the seven hills by the sea in Lingshui Subdistrict, Qixianling. The second phase of construction was completed in 2011. The park covers a total area of approximately 800,000 square meters and is located on Qixian South Road, Ganjingzi District, High-tech Zone, Dalian City, Liaoning Province.
- Natural Landscape: The park boasts a rich natural landscape, including mountains, forests, beaches, and rocky shores. There's also a blue sky, clear seawater, lush forests, and rugged cliffs.
- Cultural Landscape: The park features 12,000 meters of extended trails, 31 small leisure squares, six viewing pavilions, 28 sets of fitness equipment, and a stream valley wetland landscape. In addition, there's a popular sea-facing staircase, a great spot for taking photos.
- Transportation Guide: Take Metro Line 1 to Qixianling Station, Exit C. You can choose to walk or take a taxi to Dehui Qimengyuan. After seeing the sign, walk along the path to reach the wooden boardwalk leading to the sea. You can also take buses No. 3, 28, 531, etc., and get off at Xinda Street, then walk for about ten minutes.
