However, you need to wait for a table during peak hours and the food is served slowly, especially the signature clay-baked chicken, which is even slower. In addition, the dining environment is average and parking spaces are tight. Friends who go to Qingyuan Chimelong can rest assured to buy weeds. ❤During the Spring Festival, I went to Qingyuan Chimelong to join in the fun. After leaving the park, a local friend in Guangzhou led me directly to the nearby "Gurong Farm", which was right next to the road. When we went there, it was during the peak dining time, parking spaces were limited, and there were special people to guide parking. The dining area is on the second floor, and the environment is more down-to-earth. ❤We ordered eight dishes. Except for the clay-baked chicken which was served too late and we didn't finish it, the other seven dishes were all eaten by our five adults and three children. Most of the dishes were freshly made, without any pre-prepared dishes. 1️⃣ Grilled squid: It was quite fragrant and tasty. I even ate the condiments like green peppers. 2️⃣ Steamed chicken: Qingyuan chicken, the chicken was fresh and the skin was crispy. 3️⃣ Steamed fish: The fish was very fresh, tender and without any fishy smell. The children liked it very much. 4️⃣ Braised goose with firewood: I only eat chicken among poultry. I tried a piece of braised goose. The texture and taste were like braised pork. The theme of this Chimelong is forest and African savanna. I think it would be better to wait a while before visiting, as there are still many things to improve. 🚗Transportation: It's quite remote, so I recommend driving. When we went, the parking guidance was not good, so everyone parked on the side of the road. After parking, we were confused about where the entrance was 😅. After a day of playing, the parking fee was over 20 yuan. 🎫Tickets: Adult tickets are 260 yuan. Now there's a discount, and women's tickets are 195 yuan in March 🙃. I can't laugh. 🍜Dining in the park: There are giraffe, lion, bug, and castle restaurants. Most set meals are 50–70 yuan. We went to the giraffe restaurant and ordered braised pork rice and beef rice sets with a bottle of Sprite. It was just okay, edible, but there were too many people indoors, so we had to eat outside in the cold wind. It was a bit miserable ⚠️. My friends and I thought the grilled sausage was not tasty. 🚂Steam train: See the last picture. You have to go around the giraffe area and pass the Ferris wheel to reach the train queue.
