We arrived 3 hours too early for our flight from Qingdao to Xiamen, and had no idea what to do or where to eat. It was 5:00 am and everything was still closed. Starbucks and Tim Hortons only opens at 7:00am. 😭😭 As I was checking our flight details on the Trip.com app, I noticed a message about the Plaza VIP lounge. I immediately told my family that we should try it, and was pleasantly surprised at the environment and food inside. We were able to put our feet up and relax! The breakfast was great with several options to choose from and the coffee was tasty! The facilities included clean bathrooms with European toilets, and showers. Breakfast was served from 5:30am. We were able to use our trip coins to pay for access. I can highly recommend this lounge for anyone needing a quiet place to relax. #viplounge #qingdaotravel

Don't take a taxi in the old town area; it's easy to get stuck in traffic. For some distances around one kilometer, it's better to walk. Regarding food, it's a good idea to ask the taxi driver for recommendations. Local drivers usually know the best places.

Beijing capital airlines is a disgrace!

Don’t be lured by the direct Qingdao - London Heathrow Beijing capital airlines flight. it is horrific in every way, shape and form! 1. The plane was filthy, with food, dirt, mildew and rubbish on seats and the floor when boarding. 2. The service was terrible - unresponsive and all stewards sleeping for the majority of the flight 3. The food was abysmal - truly the worst airline food I have ever experienced. not even vacuum packed hygienically, simply wrapped in foil and cling wrap 4. No entertainment system - no movies, no tv, no games, no route map. The planes are ancient and no provision is made for the 11.5 hour flight. 5. Booking is a shambles. Even if you reserved a seat you’re not guaranteed it and will end up being placed according to your place in the check in line. We had the misfortune of traveling with Beijing Capital from Qingdao - London recently. NEVER AGAIN!!!!!! it’s not even cheap!! Do yourself a favour and fly with BA or Air China.

good sleep for Little traveller

this one can use for Little travellers on the plane when they wants to sleep.It can hook on the seats so it's easy to use for me.I think it very useful for me and it's very small and light when packed. It's not use any space in my backpack.That is why I love it. As a mum with baby who need to pack so many things.

Trip, Tea & True Friends!!

From Kunming to Qingdao was a great trip. The plane fly so high.I enjoyed every moment. Still enjoying because Qingdao and Weifang are really nice cities.
