Five Buddha Peak is the second highest peak in Qianshan and one of the main attractions in the Qianshan Scenic Area. It is also a must-visit spot for tourists. On our first day touring Qianshan, to save energy, we chose to take a sightseeing bus and a cable car to easily reach the peak. Not far from the entrance of the visitor center is the sightseeing bus station, costing 15 yuan per person, which takes you to the Five Buddha Peak cableway station, covering a distance of over three kilometers. The cable car ride costs 50 yuan per person and takes about ten minutes. After getting off the cable car, we continued to ascend along the mountain slope, first visiting Puan Temple. Then, we proceeded along the stone steps built into the mountain, passing a long stretch of steep mountain path where we had to hold onto the iron railings tightly, and finally reached the peak. The return journey down the mountain was quite long, but we walked all the way, feeling relaxed and not tired. We descended countless stone steps and walked down numerous slopes, passing through Peach Blossom Valley, and finally reached the eco-friendly green boardwalk.
