Ladakh, India
Ladakh is most famous for breathtaking landscapes, the crystal clear skies, the highest mountain passes, thrilling adventure activities, Buddhist Monasteries and festivals. Not only is it the only place in India where the graceful Double Hump camels found, but it is also the place where you will find the Magnetic Hill, the one-of-a-kind phenomena that defies gravity.
Ladakh gains a lot of popularity for being the only cold desert in India apart from bordering the World’s highest saltwater Lake Pangong Lake. Riding up the highest motorable road in the world, Khardung la is a dream come true for many. The Hunder sand dunes, frozen river trek and snow leopards all find their only home in Ladakh.

Leh Market, Ladakh India
From my inn yesterday, it was only 5 minutes by foot but it felt far because it was cold hehe. Every time I pass by here I am always greeted with the word "Juleh" which means Hello, in Leh I am mistaken for a Malaysian while in Jammu and Jaipur it is mistaken for a Ladakh.
Operational hours are around 9/10 am to 7 pm the market is already quiet and dark. Have you ever enjoyed hanging out at a travel agent until 8 pm I was afraid to go home until I forgot the way home because it was dark. Yes, I like hanging out at travel agents because the owner is kind, likes to give hot tea while chatting while sharing wifi 😂.

Ladakh is very famous destination among young’s in India. It’s famous due to its magnificent mountains, Snow Clad peaks, Monasteries, Buddhist Monks, Tibbetian Food. Due to its high altitude sometimes people face issues with oxygen. But with better planning it’s a awesome place. it’s Fascinating culture, way of living, Glaciers, And Clear pristine lakes makes Ladakh a awesome place to be. One can take flight or can drive by their own vehicle, or take your package as roads are curvy it’s advised to be careful. There are camp sites a available and can be used for accommodation in between of huge mountains and under the clear sky. Ladakh is also famous for sky watching who are interested in Star gazing. Internet connectivity is good but due to high tourist inflow things are little costlier.#ladakh #india #camping #stargazing

Ladakh
Ladakh is known for its stunning Gompas (Tibetan Buddhist monasteries), fluttering prayer flags, whitewashed stupas, murals, and red-robed monks. It is one of the world's cold deserts and it is said that only a man sitting in the sun with his feet can suffer from sunstroke and frostbite at the same time. It is one of the best tourist places in Kashmir as it is known for its culture that is similar to Tibet. Ladakh is a land like no other as it has the Siachen Glacier and Great Himalayas. Leh in Love❤️ in India 🏔️
This is the first trip and best trip, Since I was born. and takes 10 days for this trip. Both happy, memories, tired, dangerous and very difficult because of traveling without internet. Can't make incoming and outgoing calls, can only use Wi-Fi when staying at the hotel. And we was getting sick, Because we had reached a very high point. Shortness of breath, fever due to insufficient oxygen in the body. But we made it through until the 10th and arrived home safely😊 There are a lot of pictures but I can't post them all. This trip is called **Leh in Love**❤️

Nubra Valley, Ladakh India
Nubra, also called Dumra, is a historical region of Ladakh, that is currently administered as a subdivision and a tehsil in the Leh district. Its inhabited areas form a tri-armed valley cut by the Nubra and Shyok rivers. Its Tibetan name Dumra means a "valley of flowers". Demands have been raised and BJP has hinted at creation of Nubra as a new district. Diskit, the headquarters of Nubra, is 120 km north from Leh, the capital of Ladakh.
Foreign nationals are required to get a Protected area permit to visit Nubra. Since 1 April 2017 Indian citizens are also required to get an Inner Line Permit to visit it.

Khardung La View Point, Ladakh India
Khardung La is situated at an elevation of 5,359 meters. It is hailed to be the highest motorable pass all across the globe.
Khardung La is located 39.7 Kms from Leh by road. It does not have an airport so you’ll have to take a flight to leh and from there you can board a taxi to reach Khardung La Pass. Here are few other options to reach Khardung La Pass From Leh.
March-May and September -October are the best to visit the Mountain Pass.
Oxygen and air pressure Levels are extremely low at Khardung La Pass. Running around or indulging in strenuous activities can lead to sickness or nausea so take precautions for that.

Nubra valley sub-district lies north-east of Ladakh with Deskit village as its main headquarters. It takes about 5 -6 hrs to reach Nubra from Leh (115 km). The valley is beautiful in with its breath-taking backdrop, clear skies, flowing water and transiting landscape. The valley is however closed in the winter.
It was quite surprising to see empty barren land that were all sand dunes! Well it proved to be really fun since I rode an ATV! And let me tell you it was just thrilling!
Funny thing is though you find rivers and water in plenty you will see Sand Dunes just like any desert and camels (called Bactrian Camels) as well.
This peculiar climate of lack of rainfall, cold, dry and high altitude makes inhabitable for very few animals.
This is also provided to be a great place for camel rides! The speciality about Leh camels are that they are double humped!
