🇵🇹Cascais, a small resort town near Lisbon🇵🇹
#DecemberTravelSupportEvent
If you go to Portugal, getting a tan in Cascais is a must🫶🏽
Cascais is a city that can be reached in about 30-40 minutes from Lisbon🇵🇹 I wanted to visit places that locals go to in Lisbon. That's why I visited Cascais! This is a place where Lisbon people go for a vacation. It was hot and humid even in April, so it was full of people swimming.
There was also a place to wash up, so I was able to enjoy tanning and swimming on the beach.🩵

Portugal-Lisbon's Kenting, a beach resort town: Cascais
#100 Ways to Travel
A day trip to #Sintra, Portugal, took a car away from the end of the world #Cabo de Roca, and unexpectedly encountered Kenting #Cascais in Lisbon, a seaside resort town with a beautiful coastline and traditional Portuguese architecture.
Cascais forms a ring with Cabo da Roca and Sintra, and is usually included in a day trip itinerary. The train then connects to the Belém district and returns to Lisbon. Alternatively, you can stay overnight and enjoy the beach and eat egg tarts in Belém the next day, which gives you plenty of time to do.
After exiting the train station, you will first come to Cascais’ pedestrian shopping street and #10月5日方Praca 5 de Outubro. The blue and white floor tiles are arranged in a wavy shape, which looks particularly cool in photos. You can also stop by McDonald’s to buy a cup of peach black tea.
Cross the old town and you will arrive at Praia da Riberia Beach. The soft sand and palm trees, under the sunlight, the light and shadows are staggered, which is quite beautiful! You can also visit the nearby sea cave Boca do Inferno and Cidadela de Cascais Castle.

《Portugal Travel 🇵🇹》The Mouth of Hell in Cascais 😈Watch the huge waves crashing onto the shore up close
Boca do Inferno is a sea-eroded cave not far from the city of Cascais. It is famous for its rumbling sound when the waves wash into the cave during high tide😎
——
The coastline along this area is beautiful, with many strangely shaped black boulders and cliffs, which are perfect for overlooking the Atlantic Ocean or enjoying the sunset🌅
——
Walk slowly along the seaside, about 20 minutes to reach the mouth of hell, up close watching the giant waves hitting the rocks, really shocking and beautiful 🥹 worth a visit!

Cascais, a luxurious beach town in Portugal
Cascais is an undeniable luxury beach that you must visit if you are staying in Lisbon, Portugal!
It is located about 30km west of the capital city of Lisbon, so it is quite convenient to get to.
It has a very familiar feel, similar to Haeundae in Busan and Repulse Bay in Hong Kong!

Fishing in Cascais Portugal 🇵🇹
Joined a fishing tour in Portugal, 75€ per person (at least 2 persons) for 4 hours fishing, the crew will show you how to do it in case you have no experience just like me 😅
It was a good moment especially the weather was great ☀️ It’s my first time fishing, had a bit seasick but the crew was nice, provided me sparkling water and some snacks. And luckily there were many fishes, didn’t expect to catch them easily lol
Overall it’s a nice experience even we ended up leaving earlier due to seasickness, we could take the fishes home but we decided not to, and gave all the fishes we caught to the captain. 🙂
Getting There - Train from Lisbon, 4.50€ round trip

Lisbon, Portugal, Cascais, a beach where Europeans also come for vacation
It's a place you can reach by taking a train from Lisbon for about thirty minutes.
Europeans also say that it's a beach where they come to rest.
It's so quiet, so comfortable, and happy..
You can lie down on the beach, get a tan, play in the water, and even experience yoga as an activity~~!

Palácio Se
Palácio Seixas is symbol of the city of #cascais, this manor was built in th site of the fortress of Foz on 1916 #portugal
This manor has all the feel of a fairytale castle, set on the edge of the sea which you can walk around escorted by families of ducks, chickens and cockerels! although you can't go inside, outside is worthy of photographs especially from the sea-side where the sea flows in under the bridge at high tide creating a moat around the base of the castle.

The #boca do Inferno is an interesting cliff formation close to #cascais #portugal , which has been given an overly dramatic name of Hell’s Mouth. [Cascais]
[Cascais]
For me, Cascais is a strange town,
but as a must-have for a few tens of minutes to go back to Lisbon,
I found this It is an extremely comfortable coastal town,
which reminds me of Nice in the south of France,
It takes only 10 minutes to walk to the beach and the sea breeze from the Atlantic Ocean is less than 10 minutes.
This city is extraordinarily young but it was built in 1364 but it is completely different from the old Lisbon,
the population is only 180,000 people, and the area is only 97.4 square kilometers.
This is a leisurely fishing port and seaside resort,
although the city looks new, but in the city you can find churches and 17th century castles (it used to be the official residence of the Portuguese president).
After coming to Cascais, you will find that everyone's standard of living is of high quality, there is no such thing as rich people,
comfortable small city plus Atlantic beauty, and gentle and mild climate There is such an ideal environment, of course, it has long been occupied by the rich. The ancient city of
Cascais is very well preserved, exquisite and delicate, and the skill of repairing,
is also a day at the seaside. A good place to go for a chat after sunbathing and enjoy the food.
Sintra Pena Palace (Palácio Nacional da Pena) was built on the ruins of a monastery destroyed by the 1755 earthquake.
In 1839, King Ferdinand II reconstructed it on the original site as a summer palace for the royal family.

Lisbon With Love
Wandering through Lisbon has been magical, but nothing compares to ending the day here—with our feet in the sand and the Atlantic breeze in our hair.
We’ve laughed, explored, and soaked up the sun… and now, as the sun dips into the horizon, we’re reminded how beautiful it is to pause and just be.
Grateful for this time together, for this city that feels like poetry, and for the kind of love that makes every sunset more golden.
Here’s to many more beach days, barefoot adventures, and memories made in places we’ve never been.
