Important points to remember:
💡You must make an appointment before visiting attractions. For example, although Yuelu Academy has on-site tickets, it is really smooth to buy tickets in advance and scan the code to enter the academy.
💡Hunan Provincial Museum is very worth visiting, but the itinerary was decided in a hurry and the regular exhibition was full when I made the reservation
💡May Day Square, Huangxing Road Pedestrian Street, Taiping Old Street, Big Snacks, and IFS are all on the same road, so don't bother taking the subway, it's also good to walk
💡There are two cultural and creative shops near Aiwan Pavilion that sell special postcards, but don’t buy stamps there. On the way back to Hunan University, there will be a special post office where you can buy stamps at the original price. There are also many commemorative stamps to choose from.
💡I think the night view of Du Fu Jiangge should be very beautiful. If you have enough energy, you can add it to the itinerary.
💡I didn’t feel unsafe in Changsha. There were a lot of people and it was very lively. I also saw girls traveling alone like me. But it’s common sense to be careful with your money and not walk alone at night.
