Getting There - Bus 26 from Princes street to portobello town hall Attractions - beach, arcade Food & Restaurants - Nixos Greek food, Smith & Gertrude, Twelve Triangles Portobello is a popular tourist attraction near Edinburgh. Take the bus from Edinburgh Waverley to the beach is 20-30 minutes for one way trip. The bus stop is in front of Barclays Bank. The first thing to get is of course coffee! Twelve triangles do proper coffee and also pastries! Have a walk on the beach is definitely the best thing to do on the weekend. For lunch, there are lots of restaurants alongside the beach. I would recommend Nixos Greek streetfood. There’s a wine bar called Smith & Gertrude. The best cheese and wine I’ve ever had !

I went to this beach in January, and is so windy and cold but is worth it. You can enjoy the view and sitting on the bench have some food , listening to music. Is pretty chill here , is not even crowded so it is a good place to go if you want to relax.#我好掛住 #親子好去處 #境外遊 #愛丁堡
