Pingtang Tiandong Cave is a typical karst cave, developed for tourism and open to the public🕳 Under the guidance of professional instructors, you can experience an exciting and thrilling cave exploration⛰️ For details, see the previous article⬆️ Second stop📍China FAST Telescope Scenic Area The "Chinese FAST" is the Five-hundred-meter Aperture Spherical Radio Telescope (FAST), the world's largest and most sensitive single-dish radio telescope🔭 Visiting the "Chinese FAST" is free of charge🆓 but taking the shuttle bus requires a fee‼️ The distance from the shuttle bus station to the FAST viewing platform is about 20 kilometers, with a travel time of around half an hour. 🚗 Driving through Guizhou💨 We set off from Guiyang and drove for nearly 2 hours to Pingtang County in Qiannan⛰️ First stop📍Pingtang Tiandong We booked tickets in advance on Trip.com, about 600 RMB per person (no age limit), including cave exploration experience + flat belt + speed reduction experience. We made a phone reservation the day before. The last group gathers at 2:30 PM⏰️ Don’t be late‼️ Pingtang Tiandong is a purely natural dry karst cave, with a constant temperature of 16-18℃ all year round, very comfortable to the touch.
