Phum Norom Temple, Mukdahan Province
Wat Phum Manorom or Wat Roi Phra Phutthabat Phum Manorom is located in Mueang Mukdahan District, approximately 5 kilometers from the city center. It is another beautiful place located on the hilltop where you can see the scenery of Mukdahan Province, the Mekong River, and Savannakhet Province, Laos. Inside the temple, there is a large and magnificent Naga statue, which is another new landmark of Mukdahan. In addition, inside the temple, there is a replica of the Buddha's footprint, Phra Chao Yai Kaew Mukda Sri Trairat, for you to worship and ask for blessings. Because the route up to Wat Phum Manorom is quite steep and narrow in some parts, if there are many tourists driving up, it can be dangerous. It is quite difficult for cars to pass each other. Therefore, tourists traveling to Wat Phum Manorom must park their cars in the parking lot and then use a songthaew to take them up to the temple. There are cars leaving all the time. The fare is by putting money in the donation box. From the parking lot, it takes less than 10 minutes to arrive at the temple. Then spread out to worship the sacred objects located at various points in the same area. Starting with the highlight of the place, we went to worship Phra Sri Mukda Mahamuni Nilpal Naga. Before reaching the beautiful Naga statue, we had to walk past a bell that required hitting with a coin. And pray for good things to happen to your life according to your beliefs in this sacred land. #Visiting ancient sites #World heritage #True foreign cities #Buffet reviews #Cafe reviews #Secret locations #Northern and Northeastern teams
