🏰Phra Nakhon Khiri Historical Park (Khao Wang) is an ancient historical site of Phetchaburi Province. It is the most famous and has become a symbol of the province.
🏰It was built during the reign of King Rama IV as a summer palace. It was completed in 1860 and named "Phra Nakhon Khiri". People like to call it "Khao Wang".
🏰Inside Khao Wang, there are royal residences, temples, and various groups of buildings. It is a mix of neoclassical and Chinese architecture. It is located on three peaks.
