[Vietnam] World Heritage Site Phong Nha-Ke Bang National Park
"Phong Nha-Ke Bang National Park" is located in Quang Binh Province, central Vietnam, halfway between Hue and Vinh.
The park covers an area of 86,000 hectares, and it is said that there are more than 300 caves of various sizes within the park.
I went there by motorbike and visited three caves over a four-day, three-night trip.
I booked a tour with Central Backpacker for 1,350,000d (about 7,700 yen).
"Dong Thien Duong, Paradise Cave"
"Dark Cave"
You have to walk quite a bit in Heaven Cave.
You can go to Dark Cave by kayak or a short swim from the zip line.
You can enjoy a mud bath inside.
After that, you can do various activities such as kayaking and Tarzan on the river☺️
Buy a ticket at the ticket office for caves and head to "Phong Nha Cave"
Admission fee 150,000d (about 850 yen)
Boat for 12 people 550,000d (about 3,100 yen)
You can share the boat fee with people who are there.
I rode with 4 people, so the total was 287,500d (about 1,600 yen)
You can go to Tien Son Cave as a set with Phong Nha Cave
As of April 19, 2023,
admission was not possible due to electrical problems.
I was told that it was unclear when it would be fixed.
If you can go, it's the admission fee + 80,000d (about 450 yen)
All of them were wonderful, but
I personally recommend Heavenly Cave🫶
