[2025 Adelaide Restaurant] Travel Guide for Peter Rabbit Cafe (Updated Mar)

This was a great little find in Adelaide. I loved it's garden setting too. Had breakfast at the Peter rabbit cafe two days in a row. It was superb and hit the spot on every front. Perfectly cooked, runny poached eggs and giant rashers of bacon on beautifully toasted sour dough bread. For me the most important of the breakfast is the coffee. The cappuccino and the espresso I ordered were both excellent. Peter Rabbit felt like an autumnal garden with a distinct vibe about it. Ceramic pots with geraniums in them, wooden steamer trucks on beds of mulch, outdoor couches and big umbrellas, silver birch trees and weeping willows, all added to this great charm. The place it self is beautiful, loved the vibe, and was so warm inside. A nice cosy place to have morning breakfast if you have time as it can be busy with a waitlist for seating. Outdoor seating in the garden space is lovely. The staff are very friendly and you can order coffees while you wait for your table. We ordered several times that way, most recently the tuna soba and eggs. Nothing comes close to this in terms of food - absolutely incredible. Had the "Dan's Sando" as well as the Fig French Toast and holy heck it took me to flavour heaven. Absolutely sublime and an incredible combination of flavour. #australiatrip

#australiatrip Great breakfast as soon as we landed and got to town. The chilli scramble with the pork sausages hit the spot and my friend enjoyed the tuna soba noodles. Can't go wrong. Atmosphere was excellent and turned out to be perfect on a sunny morning sitting outside. Lovely place. Highly recommend it. Oh and coffee was excellent too! If I'm ever back in Adelaide, I will come back to Peter Rabbit.
