2023 Mirror view of the Five Pagoda Temple
Every year, I come to the Five Pagoda Temple to see the ginkgo leaves turn yellow. Last year, the ginkgo tree showed a sickly yellow color.
In mid-November this year, I felt that the ginkgo of the Five Pagoda Temple was really sick, and many leaves had fallen before they turned yellow. However, a group of children brought new vitality to them with their depictions...
We carried a large mirror to appreciate from various angles, and every time we arrived at a place, it attracted a long queue of people to take pictures.
Looking at the Five Pagoda Temple in a different way, it has a unique charm!

Beijing Stone Carving Art Museum—Zhenjue Temple
Five-Pagoda Temple
Address: Located at No. 24 Wutasi Road, Haidian District, Beijing
Admission: 20 yuan
Zhenjue Temple, also known as the Five-Pagoda Temple, was built during the Yongle period of Emperor Chengzu of the Ming Dynasty. It is a Tibetan Buddhist temple built by imperial decree during the Ming Dynasty. Now only the Diamond Throne Pagoda remains. Above the main gate of the pagoda base, there is a plaque that reads 'Imperial Build Diamond Throne Pagoda'. The two ginkgo trees in front of the pagoda are both female and are nearly 600 years old. Inside the pagoda, there are vivid introductions to the carved Buddha niches and statues, mantra scriptures, architectural features of the pagoda, and decorative arts, etc.
Now, the temple also exhibits representative steles and stone carvings from the Beijing area. The ancestral tablet of Fucha Fuheng, which is of great interest to many, is also here, commemorating Fuheng's achievements in the Dajin and Xiaojin River campaigns. (The tallest one in picture 11) The rainbow flowers of the Chinese scholar tree have withered, bearing green fruits. Indeed, they resemble the hats of ancient civil officials!

A six hundred-year-old towering ancient ginkgo tree and an ancient pagoda
Beijing's autumn viewing index is off the charts with the six hundred-year-old towering ancient ginkgo tree and the ancient pagoda.
At this moment at the Beijing Stone Carving Art Museum
The six hundred-year-old ancient ginkgo has already turned 80% yellow. On either side, it is flanked by the five hundred-year-old Five Pagoda Temple. The persimmons are still in the ripening period, with abundant fruits bending the branches. The autumn viewing index is full.

The Five Pagoda Temple, also known as the Zhenjue Temple Diamond Throne.
The tower body is adorned with carvings, over a thousand Buddha statues are exquisitely carved. It can be called a large-scale carving artwork, and it is also a representative of Ming Dynasty architectural art and stone carving art.
In addition to the tower body and the stone tablets on both sides
The deep buildings also have the 'Collection of Yi Jin Zhai Calligraphy Rubbing Stone Rubbing Exhibition' on display, with the original stones of the calligraphy copied from the authentic works, and they are double-sided rubbings too.

Time is silent, only the 'cat' speaks, it's not easy to find its owner!
Zhenjue Temple in Beijing, commonly known as the Five Pagoda Temple. In recent years, it has become a popular check-in spot on the internet, attracting more and more people to check in.
The Five Pagoda Temple was built during the Yongle period of the Ming Dynasty and was completed in 1473. It was a royal temple in the Ming Dynasty. During the Qing Dynasty, Emperor Qianlong twice renovated the Five Pagoda Temple for his mother's birthday.
Under the blue sky, the 'Diamond Throne Tower' shines brightly, with a very aesthetic design! There are five small stone pagodas on the Diamond Throne Tower, with reliefs all over the tower, a thousand Buddhas on all sides, skilled carving techniques, rich and full images, and a strong visual impact. The ginkgo and red persimmons in the temple are particularly beautiful in late autumn. The best time to view ginkgo is from late October to mid-November every year, and you need to queue up to get a shooting position. There are two free explanations in the temple every day, and visitors can choose according to their needs.
The most important thing is our protagonist today, 'cat'. Although the cats here are not as famous as those in Dajue Temple and Lu Xun Museum, they are also quite well-known in Beijing! Not only that, but it also made the cultural and creative shop the first choice for check-in stamps.
Precautions.
Enter the gate and turn left, there is a cultural and creative shop. After consumption, you can stamp it. I bought a refrigerator magnet, highly recommended, the price is affordable, and then you can stamp it. The ink is sufficient, but unfortunately, when I stamped the first one, I didn't know, when I pressed it hard, the effect was not good. So, friends who come to stamp in the future, be gentle. The content of the chapter is also meow, and there are five blessings. If you collect them all, you will have good luck.
There is also a place to stamp, a bit hidden, I also looked for a long time, in the exhibition room behind the tower, enter the left hand side, it is a rubber stamp, there is ink, don't shake your hand when you stamp.
🐱Maybe because of the cold weather, I only saw a hurried white cat in the garden today, a little regrettable.
