Chiang Mai Pegasus Cafe
#HawaiiAirlineEvent
You can see the accommodation (presumably) in front of the entrance. There is Pegasus Cafe on the left. Since it is operated together with the accommodation, there was a motorcycle parked in the front yard, so it was a shame to take a picture...🙁The interior is rather narrow. I think there were one or two small tea tables. The barista is a middle-aged owner. I visited around 12:30 PM, and there were not many customers other than the accommodation guests, so it was very quiet and leisurely. The interior definitely reflects the owner's taste. Small horse-shaped decorations stand out here and there. The interior was also cleanly maintained. It was burdensome to drink inside, so I sat on the outdoor terrace! There were a lot of plants, presumably bat orchids, on a large tree, and they were really huge. Southeast Asia has good sunlight, so it's fun to see plants wherever you go, whether it's a cafe, restaurant, or accommodation. When I look at the green, my mind feels at ease, and as a novice foodie, I envy you! 😊 The dirty latte served in a small and pretty cup is only available as a cold latte. I couldn't drink Americano today, but I ordered a dirty latte because my stomach was almost full. Since I started a vegetarian lifestyle, I haven't had lattes with milk, but I make an exception when traveling. The rich and strong taste of the dirty latte was so delicious! Pegasus Cafe uses coffee beans with a sour taste, so those who don't like it might not like it. For those people, I recommend the dirty latte over the Americano.
If you're looking for a cafe where you can spend some leisurely time in Old City, how about Pegasus Cafe? The business hours are 8:30~15:00, and like most cafes in Chiang Mai, it closes early, so please check the time and visit.
