I experienced that Hwacheon is a bigger city than I thought. There is no new road from Hwacheon, so if you drive on the old national road for about an hour, you will come across a campsite. The road is a mountain road, so it can be rough and tiring, but if you drive along the road while feeling the leisurely attitude of the trip and the surrounding nature, you will be able to feel the retro charm. If you drive along the road, you will see the magnificent Peace Dam. If you go down this road, you will come across the Peace Dam Campsite. Since it is far away, there are fewer people, so you can get away from the noise ~ It was a really fun camping trip with my friends in two tents for the first time in a while.

The International Peace Art Park is located right next to the Hwacheon Peace Dam in Gangwon-do, so it's a great course to visit together✨️ A place where abandoned weapons, which are symbols of war, are reconstructed into peace art pieces and created a park! They say it was created using tanks, self-propelled guns, anti-aircraft guns, and fighter jets that were discarded after their lifespans were up! The globe and tanks express the message that we are all one, and it is created in the form of everyone joining forces to support the globe, and although you can only see three tanks, there are actually five tanks that symbolize the five continents holding up the globe🌍 It's a great course to walk down from the Peace Bell Tower and view it🩵 It's a course that boys will especially enjoy, so I recommend it as a family trip! This is a camping site that only I know of, so I'll share it with you. The water depth is about 4m in the deepest part. If you put Peace Shelter in your navigation, you'll see a bridge. Follow the path that goes down to the end of the bridge, and if you go up a little bit on the waterway, you'll see Heath Point. On the day of the shoot, it rained, so the water was a bit strong, but it's usually calm, so it's perfect for playing in the water.
