They provide welcome drinks for all guests. when check in ,they give kids a passport and they collect all stamp can redeem cookies, ice cream and also macaroni my kids redeem an ice cream. #hotelreview The Hotel is nice and clean. Adequate facilities with swimming pool, gym, free pool game, foosball and table tennis. Staffs are mostly friendly and helpful, especially Roy that proactively checking on guest needs. I mist say may not be the best hotel service I have ever experience but their services definitely of good quality. Hope that the hotel can look into speeding up the check in process and welcome drinks are too sweet. my rate : ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Birthday treats!

I love everything about this hotel! The room is so spacious. I also got a slice of chocolate cake for my birthday that you can’t deny, it’s so yummy! Besides, the buffet dinner & breakfast were tasty too. I even ate oyster for the first time here & amazingly its so fresh! The downside only there is no oven to reheat croissant which is quite upset me a bit.

Getaway for Labour Day

Been a long week. Feeling relieve to be able to take some time and rest for a bit. Had the opportunity to stat at Park Royal. Great ambience, nestled in Afamosa Alor Gajah. Great hospitality great facilities - mostly because it is new. #Melaka

We chose this hotel for our staycation as it is a new hotel. Am very satisfied with the room cleanliness, facilities, staff very helpful and friendly. Worth to stay here again though it is a bit far from the city centre. Breakfast was also great, variety, kids below 6 eat for free. Perfect resort away from the city centre 🌆

It is 1.5hrs away from KL and about 40 mins from Melaka central. The resort is peaceful and good to rest. It can be a difficult to travel around without a car but still easy to get a grab to Melaka. Seems the occupancy rate was low during my stay but the service was a bit slow. They are very welcoming. Just one staff was giving a wrong information about welcome drinks. It will be until 8pm during Ramadan. Pool is spacious and slide is kinda fun 🤩 The room and the hotel is super clean as the hotel is newly opened. #홍콩항공권이벤트

But only one thing for me lack of was the food taste in their restaurant.
