Rainy days, a Citywalk through time, a different kind of poetry
📜Historical Background: Chengdu, a city you don't want to leave once you arrive. Kuanzhai Alley carries the leisure and history of old Chengdu, and the surrounding streets are even more intriguing.
🌟Zhijishi Street
Just a street away from Kuanzhai Alley, this place has a completely different tranquility and elegance. The old street has been renewed, with a fresh look, shaded by green trees, making people feel relaxed and happy. The blend of old and new, traditional culture and teahouses coexist, satisfying different tastes.
🏭Shiye Street
Street Features: This was once a street of mansions, now transformed into a gathering place for food and cultural creativity. On both sides of the street, old houses and trendy shops complement each other, creating a unique flavor. Every corner holds a surprise waiting to be discovered.
🌳Pao Tongshu Street
Named after the paulownia trees, this street has a natural freshness and tranquility, with shadows dancing and deep alleys, a touch of green in the city. New Chinese-style handicraft shops and small galleries fill this place with artistic vibes.
🥨Kuixinglou Street
Various foods, decorated with various folk elements, yet not losing modernity.
Business Types: Markets, snacks, bars, teahouses... life here is colorful. Here, you can experience the hustle and bustle of Chengdu, feel the enthusiasm of the city.
🎯Personal Experience: This afternoon, I embarked on this Citywalk journey. From the tranquility of Zhijishi Street, to the Zen of Pao Tongshu Street, to the artistic atmosphere of Kuixinglou Street, and finally ending the day’s walk in the bustle of Jixiang Street.
