🐮 The dining experience at Panross Steakhouse on the 3rd floor of the Diamond Tower of the Xizhilang Building was amazing. The deep emerald green color scheme is calm and sophisticated, and each table has a large space between them. The window seats offer a great view of the bustling and beautiful Shenzhen Bay area through the large floor-to-ceiling windows. The furniture, tableware, and exquisite decorations complement each other, and everything is exquisite 📸📸📸

🐮 My friend and I ordered a set menu, including a bread basket, welcome wine, matured cheese, 5J ham salad, lobster seafood soup, 450g water-style ribeye, pizza leaf fries, garlic fried spinach, seasonal fruit platter, and caramel pudding. The set menu was so large that we two adult men couldn't finish it and had to take it away 😜😜😜

The quality of the beef is really top-notch, and the waiter will show the quality of the beef to the diners after ordering. The restaurant's recommended medium-rare cooking method is just right, and the slightly raw taste makes the meat more chewy. When it is served, the aroma of the meat is overflowing, and the waiter will prepare a hot plate for each person in advance to prevent the cold plate from ruining the taste. The sense of ritual is also very well done 💎💎💎
