Panda Inn in Chengdu is fantastic! Such great value!
Wow! I've discovered a hidden gem of a hotel in Chengdu's prime location!
It's situated right at the intersection of Taikoo Li and Chunxi Road, the heart of Chengdu's shopping district. Whether you're looking to indulge in some retail therapy or explore the diverse culinary scene, this place has it all. The transportation is incredibly convenient, just a 5-minute walk from the subway station, making it easy to reach all the popular attractions. Even Jinjiang attractions are less than a 20-minute walk away, making sightseeing a breeze.
Stepping into the hotel, it's like entering a whimsical panda paradise. From the hotel entrance to every corner of the rooms, panda elements are everywhere! Adorable panda sculptures greet you in the lobby, panda-themed artwork adorns the hallways, and the rooms feature panda lamps, cushions, and even carpets. Every little detail showcases the designer's ingenuity, immersing you in a world of panda charm.
I thought the location and theme were already impressive, but the rooms exceeded my expectations! They are spacious, cozy, and beautifully decorated. The lighting design is superb, and the automatic pleated blackout curtains are a luxurious touch, allowing you to create a peaceful sanctuary. The quality of the amenities, from the kettle and cups to the slippers, is top-notch. The bedding is incredibly soft, like being embraced by a panda cub, ensuring a restful night's sleep.
And now for the highlight: the breakfast buffet! It's an absolute feast, with a wide variety of Chinese and Western options. From noodles, porridge, fried rice, and hot dishes to bread, coffee, fruit, and cereal, there's something for everyone. The freshly cooked noodles and aromatic coffee are particularly delicious. Sitting by the window, bathed in the warm sunlight, is the perfect way to start a day full of energy and excitement.
