OCT has a lot of interesting shops, galleries and artworks worth visiting. Some of the rooftops are accessible too and I actually wish they would open some nice cafes or bars on them. Seems like a good opportunity to attract more visitors. As for cuisine, there’s a few good restaurants in the area. I would recommend La Boca in particular if you’re a fan of Mexican food. All in all a place worth visiting whether you’re in Shenzhen on a short trip, or are living here. This photo was taken with my DJI Mavic 2 Pro in 2019 while I was still living in Guiyang. OCT-LOFT is a must-visit for middle-aged art lovers in Shenzhen. 😌 This is a popular creative park in Shenzhen, and is loved by young people. I was walking through OCT in Shenzhen on the weekend and stumbled into a coffee shop that looked like a fairy tale💕. At first, I came here for their Hakka cuisine. It's authentic and located in OCT. It's a hassle to go out for food, so I just eat here. Later, the waiter led us to the courtyard, which was a pleasant surprise. They also offer tea from 2:00 pm to 5:00 pm. I was lucky, the weather cleared up when I was taking photos, and I could see the blue sky and white clouds. ❗️OCT really matches well with the Japanese style too! ➡️ Travel Guide (Subway Travel Edition) 🧭 Navigate to "OCT Creative Culture Park". 🚇 Take the subway to Line 1 "Qiaocheng East Station" Exit A and walk about 700 meters, or Line 2 "Qiaocheng North Station" Exit B and walk about 1000 meters to enter the park. 🗺️ OCT is divided into South and North areas. Decide where to start your visit based on which subway exit you come from. The park is not small, but it's not confusing either, you can wander around freely. 📷 For the photos, the location is straight ahead from Qiaocheng North Exit B to the overpass. I went there around 4 pm, and the sunlight was slanting into the overpass, which is great for taking pictures.
