Opus Bar & Grill
#2024wish Opus Bar and Grill at Voco Orchard is a culinary gem that offers an exceptional dining experience, perfect for those who appreciate fine food and a great atmosphere. From the moment you step in, you're greeted with a warm and inviting ambiance that sets the stage for a memorable meal.
Starting with the oysters, they were an absolute delight. Fresh, with a taste that truly brings the essence of the sea to your palate, they set a high standard right from the start. Following this, the crab cake was a revelation – so succulent and flavorful, it's clear that the chefs at Opus pay close attention to the quality of their ingredients.
The side dishes were equally impressive. The broccoli was bursting with flavor, a testament to how even the simplest of vegetables can be elevated to something extraordinary with the right touch. And the truffle fries were pure indulgence – crispy, perfectly seasoned, and with that luxurious truffle aroma that makes them irresistible.
The highlight of the meal, however, was the 1.8kg tomahawk steak. Cooked to medium-rare perfection, it was a showcase of what makes Opus Bar and Grill stand out. The steak was tender, juicy, and packed with flavors that only the finest cuts of meat can provide. It's a dish that meat lovers will dream about long after the meal is over.
In summary, Opus Bar and Grill at Voco Orchard is a place where every dish is a hit, and every bite is a celebration of fine dining. With a menu that wows and a cozy yet sophisticated setting, it's a solid 10/10 for anyone looking for an exceptional gastronomic experience. Whether you're there for a special occasion or just a night out, Opus is sure to impress.

Opus Bar & Grill!
Dining at Opus Bar & Grill is a symphony for the senses. The meats are kept in a custom-built dry ageing cabinet lined with Himalayan salt tiles, and cooked to perfection over open flames at the live grill stations. Charcoal and earthy Jarrah wood are used to achieve the perfect char and caramelisation, whilst the open flames retain the deep complex flavours and add a smoky sweetness to the exceptionally tender steaks.
A generous variety of prime cuts curated from Argentina, Australia, New Zealand and Japan are available for choice, including the 100 Day Grain-Fed Hanger Steak ($40), 120 Day Grain-Fed Sustainably Farmed Ribeye ($60), and Grain-Fed Miyazaki A4 Wagyu ($138), all served with a single choice of sauce on the side.
Guests seeking a flame-grilled feast can indulge in sharing portions, like the Meat Feast ($150) featuring a variety of four meats of the day, the 1–1.2kg 120 Day Grain-Fed Sustainably Farmed Bone-In Angus Ribeye MBS2 ($166), or the 1–1.2kg Sanchoku Wagyu Tomahawk MBS4-5 ($188), each served with two choices of sauce.
Side dishes to consider include the Opus Over-the-top Fries served with foie gras fat, black truffle purée and Parmesan ($16) and Orange Miso Glazed Coal-Roasted Heritage Carrots ($14), and Char-grilled Green Beans with furikakae and lemon zest ($12).
