In 2010, Normandy-born Boulanger Gontran Cherie, who worked for three-star restaurants in Paris (L'Arpege and Lucas Carton), opened his first store in Montmartre, Paris.
Currently, we have about 60 stores in 10 countries including France, Asia, North America, and the Middle East! !!
Although it first landed in Japan in 2012 under the operation of Bay Cruise, the license contract expired due to the launch of its own brand, and it withdrew in 2017 ,.
I was shocked because I liked the shop so much that I went there twice a week 😢
Those who are pressed by croissants and baguettes should remember, lol
However, with the help of Meitetsu Kyosho Co., Ltd., it has landed in Japan again! !! Thank you, Meitetsu Kyosho 😭

Approximately 80 to 100 types of bread and patisserie, including the standard croissant, are baked in the store, and meals, drinks and sweets that match the bread are also available 💡

The eat-in space has a terrace seat on the 2nd floor, it has a clean feeling, it is a bright and spacious space and it was very fashionable ✨

The croissant, which is also a specialty, uses the original blended wheat and fermented butter from Normandy, France (Isny Saint-Omer), and is further kneaded with rye!
The outside is crispy and the inside is chewy, and it has been further refined from the previous taste 😋

The texture of the dough has become softer than before, but this is the almond cream! It was so delicious 🤤
