At Omotesando, it is a fashionable and full of luxury boutique shopping with many expensive apartments too. I only know of this area because of all the trending cafe and overseas coffee chains. Now then when I went to explore Omotesando on foot, I found many interesting shops too. I manage to find streetwear and hair salons too. I also have seen many lifestyle stores too. It feels like a conclusive neighourhood beside the glitzy luxury shopping. The base prices for a haircut is pretty high too when you compare to Singapore prices. #tokyotrip Whenever I’m in Tokyo, I’ll be sure to visit Number Sugar in Omotesando. Number Sugar is a hidden gem located in the side streets of Omotesando. It is a sleek, minimalist store selling artisanal in a number of varied flavours such as raspberry caramel, ginger caramel, coffee caramel etc. For ¥200 a pop, you can try some of their original flavored caramels – from raspberry to salt, chocolate and ginger. All are handmade, natural-flavored, additive-free and preservative-free. They just melt in your mouth! I will be back! My rating of this shop: 4.5 ⭐️ out of 5!

We arrived at noon, and got to queue up for around 30 minutes, if you brings pet, you could also ask for outdoor seats to stay with your pet. We ordered a tempura don(rice) set, and 3 side dishes of Tofu, Grilled duck breast and eel egg roll. At the top of Omotesandō is Meiji Jingu shrine and just one street over is the famous Takeshita street in the Harajuku district, so you could easily spend a day here exploring all the neighbourhoods. While the Harajuku district has cheaper shops and targets the younger crowds, Omotesandō is a luxury shopping destination. However, even if you might not have the budget for shopping here, I still highly recommend a walk around to admire the unique architecture of these stores. One of my favourites was the green Prada store. A ride up the escalator at the entrance of Tokyu Plaza should also be on your list. This is a popular photo spot because of its kaleidoscopic mirrored entrance to the mall. #Tokyo
