Wouldn’t recommend, not the best customer service, requested a room with a bathtub/accessible operating bathtub, as being handicap require such. After attempting to use the bath, there wasn’t a drain, I called the front desk concierge to request a room of the same value with an operational working bathtub, and was told to hold on. I was then placed on hold, a good 10 minutes later, I was given a response that I was dumbfounded by, “I don’t understand your questions, after speaking with my manager, the only option I have to offer brief pause, extreme emphasis, To Check Out, the most unprofessional disturbing experience id ever ran into with comfort inn let alone any hotel, including the hostels I stayed in during mission trips to South America. Don’t stay unless you’re willing to provide your own customer service to the employees.
