Day 3: Walk slowly, eat slowly, and bask in the sun slowly I wandered around the market in the old town and bought some handmade silver jewelry and spices. In the afternoon, I randomly found a seaside tavern, ordered a glass of Rakı, accompanied by grilled fish and tomato salad, and sat there the whole afternoon. Time seems to slow down here. Travel Tips: • Transportation: It is recommended to drive or charter a car. The surrounding towns are also worth visiting. • Accommodation: Mountain B&Bs or seaside B&Bs are both good, and those with pool views are the best. • Outfit suggestions: White dress + big hat + woven sandals, perfect for taking photos! There is no corner with the strongest WiFi signal here, only the most relaxing heartbeat. In Fethiye, I seem to have a new understanding of the word "vacation"

It is very photogenic. Oludeniz beach is located in Oludeniz, a small town in Mugla Province in southwestern Türkiye. It is fourteen kilometers south of Fethiye city and close to Babadag Mountain⛰️. Its sea is located at the intersection of the Aegean Sea and the Mediterranean Sea, so its water is particularly beautiful and is famous for its aquamarine and turquoise tones. It is a certified Blue Flag beach and the world's number one paragliding destination. When you come to Oludeniz Beach, embraced by the sapphire sea, feeling the sea breeze and watching the paragliders in the sky, you will feel that this is heaven. #September2024 When you come to Fethiye, a seaside resort in Türkiye, if you want to go island hopping, you can go directly to Oludeniz Beach, the Dead Sea beach, to buy a boat ticket. This is also the departure point for boarding the ship. There are several shipping companies for you to choose from. The general playing time is from 10 am to 5 pm. Lunch is included on board, and you can usually choose a chicken set meal or a grilled fish set meal. We went to four outlying islands in total, two of which were beaches🏖️, and the other two were for boat diving. The water on the beach 🏖️ on the island is particularly clear and beautiful like jelly, and there are good places to take photos 📸 everywhere. The so-called island hopping is to take a boat to visit the islands. After arriving at the shore of the island, you can jump directly from the boat into the sea to swim and feel the infinite charm of the Mediterranean. August, September and October are the peak seasons for island hopping here, with several cruise ships and speedboats shuttling between the islands, forming a unique landscape. Transportation: It is about 14 kilometers from Fethiye city to the Dead Sea beach by taxi. Buy the boat ticket package one day in advance.

#beachcheck When i set out to explore Fethiye, Oludeniz was the main reason. I had long read about its blue lagoon and the turquoise quality of its water. It had me so excited. And well rightly so. Although one of the challenges was the costs associated with Oludeniz. We found a decent accommodation and Oludeniz was a taxi ride away. During the stay we managed to visit it twice. It's a soft pebble beach where the water meets and looks absolutely stunning, just as we expected. However on both the occasions, it was fairly crowded. Though, that didn't deter us and we swam, strolling across the beach line. The prices did play a spoil sport to some extent. I mean 800 Turkish lira for the sun beds and then overpriced beverages and service charges. Especially with the crowds and all that, it didn't feel like it would be worth paying the premium. Anywho, Oludeniz still was with the trouble and anyone headed this way. I recommend exploring the rest of the Fethiye region too.
