Ohori Park boasts beautiful scenery during the day, but I was able to take even better pictures at sunset! You can see ducks up close, and there were a lot of people exercising! Beautiful park located right in the centre of Fukuoka.Very easy to get to by subway. A very public place for local people and tourist to spend their day of weekdays or weekend.most important it free admission. I took about 1 hour to walk around the park and to the tiny island in the middle.There are peddling swan boat available for rent, cafes available too. You can walk your dogs easily here. Will highly recommended a visit here to relax and enjoy the beautiful scenery of the park which offer .

When you think of cherry blossoms, you think of Japan ✈️ When you think of Japan, you think of cherry blossoms 🌸 The cherry blossom festival is in full swing at Ohori Park in Fukuoka. The park is so big that if you take your time and spend 1 night or 2 days there, you can experience and sympathize with Japanese culture and traditions, and it will be a special time to travel back and forth between the past and the present. Since my accommodation is near Ohori Park, I planned to take a walk, and I thought, "What is there to see in the park?", but I think it was more informative than I thought. In particular, since it is the festival season, there was an event where you could get a gift if you collected all the stamps at the stamp booth while walking around Ohori Park, and it was fun, and I liked that I could freely visit the art museum, and above all, I could walk to Tenjin in the city center for 20 minutes from Ohori Park and look around the area, and walk to Nishijin or Tojinmachi on the other side for about 20 minutes, so it was a very informative time in many ways. What I would recommend is 1. For those who have difficulty walking, a one-day subway ticket 620 yen? It's cheaper to buy it locally, and the machine supports Korean, so it's not difficult. 2. I recommend using a pocket Wi-Fi. I used it very well for 3 nights and 4 days, and I was glad that it was light and easy to use without any disconnections or hassles. 3. If you have the chance, it would be good to find a place that rents bicycles when you find a place to stay. Public transportation is expensive, and unless you go to the outskirts, it's good to tour by bicycle. 4. Buy only coin passes or Sharon passes that cost around 500 yen. I didn't know much about it, so I bought one that cost 980 yen and exchanged it for a refund. The prices vary greatly for tourists. 5. If you use a subway day pass and use various lines other than the airport line, it will be very different and fun. 6. Instead of cash, you can use a travel wallet.
