Ratchaburi - Suan Phueng, go to one place and travel along the entire route.
Ratchaburi - Suan Phueng, go to one place and travel all the way.... Escape the dust and enjoy the fresh air for 2 days and 1 night. Make the most of your time!
Because I think that working 6 days/week is the most time-consuming job. It is very tiring for both mind and body.
Plus, I have a consecutive holiday (2 consecutive days off).
When the holiday is approaching, I started looking for places to visit near Bangkok and I found the place I like the most.
Because it is a place with a great atmosphere + it is close to many places to visit, it is suitable for people with limited holidays like me.
The place we stayed is called Phu Ing Thar Resort, located in Suan Phueng District, Ratchaburi Province. How is it? It is very close to Bangkok!
Day 1 (The day I arrived at the accommodation, check-in at 2:00 PM)
1. Phu Ing Thar Resort is located in Suan Phueng Subdistrict, Suan Phueng District, Ratchaburi Province. It is an accommodation near many tourist attractions and you can walk to visit them.
Tourist attractions near the accommodation
▼ It is the only resort located next to the Kaew Chan Waterfall. Walk for 5 minutes and you can swim.
▼ Walk 200 meters to the deer pen. Deer feeding activity 20฿
▼ Walk 700 meters to Phra Thep Park, an ecological tourist attraction, Suan Phueng Exhibition Hall
▼ Walk 800 meters to the Bo Klueng Hot Spring, natural hot water, hot water bath, hydrotherapy
We stayed in an air-conditioned dome tent. The price of the accommodation is a holiday price of 1,350 baht/night.
It can accommodate 2 people, an average of 675 baht per person, which is very cheap.
During the day, the sun is extremely hot, but the atmosphere around us is very suitable.
But the morning air is cool because the accommodation is next to the mountain. We like it very much.
The accommodation has food service. You can bring your own grilled food. There is a free stove (buy your own charcoal).
What I love the most is the pork pan set for 350 baht. One set is a lot. The sauce is very delicious.
2. After checking in and putting our luggage away, we walked to Khao Chon Waterfall. The entrance fee is 20 baht/person.
Parking: spacious and private. Facilities: There is a restaurant, drinks (mostly som tam and grilled chicken shops).
There is a shop selling clothes to play in the waterfall. There is a bathroom to wash up.
Unfortunately, when we went, there was little water. If we went during high water, it would be better. There are 9 levels to the waterfall.
Each level has a sign to tell us which level we have reached. The day we went, the weather was very hot and there were a lot of tourists. But there were only a few groups that walked up to the 9th level. But, but, but, but, we were one of them. We walked up to the 9th level. The way up was quite tiring, but it was bearable. It is suitable for those who like to hike. For us, once was enough.
Day 2 (Checked out early to visit many places)
After leaving the accommodation, we stopped at
▼ The Scenery Vintage Farm, Suan Phueng (The Scenery Vintage Farm)
Tourist farm Open daily from 9:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.
The farm entrance fee starts at 100 baht (there are many sizes S, M, L). Each ticket allows you to play activities on the farm according to your size. Activities on the farm include shooting guns, throwing balloons, playing football, feeding goats milk, and feeding sheep grass. The farm also has acrobatic shows of the sheep, such as climbing barrels, doing math, jumping through hoops, and demonstrating sheep shearing. There are also special shows like “sheepdogs”. It’s totally worth it, but I didn’t take many pictures because I was so excited about the farm’s activities.
Oh Poy
Oh Poy Market, Suan Phueng District, Ratchaburi Province
Open every Saturday and Sunday from 7:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.
The day we went, there were a lot of people. Most of the items for sale were from locals. This is considered a way to generate income for locals. It’s really great! The place is beautifully decorated. You can also see the locals' way of life here.
