T-shirt art exhibition at the Sand Beach Museum in Kuroshio-cho, Kochi Prefecture Applications have begun for next year's "T-shirt Exhibition Rolling in the Wind," which is held every year at Oarai Beach in Ibaraki Prefecture as a friendship event between the two cities. 🤩👕👚✨
T-shirts printed with works selected from the submitted works will be exhibited, bathed in the sea breeze of Kochi and Ibaraki. 💖
