The Nuerga Reservoir in Changji, Xinjiang is covered in snow, like a winter ink painting. The reservoir is surrounded by snow-capped mountains and rocks, shining in the sunlight. An absolute secret spot, 'Nurga Grand Canyon' can be navigated on the map, but once you reach the dirt road, it just says you're nearby. Wondering where the attraction is? You can navigate to 'Zhenyun Longchi Horse Industry', then go forward, do not cross the bridge, enter the dirt road, keep driving in, drive to the road on the riverbed, when you see two herders' houses, drive up, pass between the two houses along the ruts up the mountain, keep charging forward along the ruts, and you will see the most beautiful scenery. We drove up in a two-wheel-drive SUV, and when we reached a very steep slope later on, we didn't dare to go further, but we had already seen absolutely stunning views. If you have a four-wheel drive, you can drive further in, as long as there are tire tracks, there should be no problem. We spent 4 hours on this trip.

This canyon is the "Nurjaga Grand Canyon". It is located in the Tianshan Mountains southwest of Changji City in Xinjiang. Coming down from the Aweitan exit of the Wukui Expressway, continue to travel about thirty kilometers.
