💗💗 The weather was nice on the weekend ☀️ so I planned to take my kids on a trip nearby. I heard that the rapeseed flowers in Tianfu Agricultural Expo Park in Xinjin were in full bloom, so I wanted to go there. I booked a homestay nearby on Friday and we set off the next day with our two kids. 🈯🈯👉👉 It took us about an hour to drive from downtown Chengdu to the park. In January, everything was still withered, but 👏👏👏 the golden rapeseed flowers were already in full bloom here. They looked like a painting 🖼️ in the sunshine. My friends couldn't believe it when I posted the photos on social media. The view was so beautiful that it was like a feast for the eyes. 👍👍👍 The homestay we booked was the most surprising part. The green and white country-style American villa was so eye-catching and photogenic! In the afternoon, the adults were sunbathing while the kids were playing football and blowing bubbles in the yard. It was so beautiful! The villa had bikes for us to ride with the kids. We also enjoyed a private hot spring bath before going to bed. The villa was perfect for a big family or three to five families with kids. It was really nice! We plan to come back with our family after the Spring Festival because some of the rapeseed flowers were not in full bloom yet. We want to come back in March when everything is revived and bring the kids' grandparents with us. There will be eight of us! We can enjoy a private hot spring bath and play mahjong at the homestay. The rapeseed flowers in Chengdu are in bloom! At the entrance of the Xinjin Agricultural Expo Park, several fields of rapeseed flowers are already in bloom. There is also a bamboo forest and Zhanghe Village nearby, where you can find homestays, food, tie-dyeing, and cycling to enjoy the rural scenery. - After visiting the Agricultural Expo Park, we stayed at a private hot spring 🏡, right next to the park. It's very pleasant to soak in the hot spring with kids in winter. The whole decoration style is very Instagrammable, and you can swing in the small garden. The kids had a great time. There is also an open-air balcony on the second floor where you can have a barbecue.
