#Sakura2024 Every year during the cherry blossom season, Osaka Castle is one of the most popular places to visit to see cherry blossoms. What's special is that in addition to the castle being open to visitors during the day, in the evening, there is also the Cherry Blossom Illumination festival where you can see cherry blossoms at night in Nishinomaru Garden. The garden and the castle itself are lit up, creating a different atmosphere from the daytime. Of course, there are street food stalls for those who come to enjoy hanami. 🌸 This festival will be held for about 2 weeks only when the cherry blossoms are in full bloom. #thingstodo On our way back from the Osaka castle we visited the Garden and it definitely was very refreshing. Large trees, a big patch of rich green grass and a lot to walk and enjoy. Get off the beaten path and go close to the castle most and you can find some benches where you can park and enjoy some amazing views around the castle and in the garden. Very peaceful and refreshing while you as well get to add to your step count for the day which essentially equates to a mental and physical well being altogether. Definitely worth a visit!!!
