I sat in the lounge area, and as soon as the duty manager finished his task, he came to me and professionally addressed my issue while squatting down to communicate with me. He resolved it perfectly. The hotel lobby now has a new panda shop, which is super cute. However, the zodiac pandas that used to be given to guests are no longer available; now you have to purchase them. This time, I stayed in the Explorer Suite, which I highly recommend! It's the best value room type with panoramic views. The 110-square-meter room includes all the views from Chunxi Road to Taikoo Li. Celebrities and artists who come to Taikoo Li for events love staying in this hotel and room type. No more queuing downstairs and squeezing through crowds to take photos with the adorable Lan. Especially during the Olympics, those who need to rest and those who want to watch the games won't disturb each other, creating a homely atmosphere. Since my flight was quite late that day, the hotel kindly offered a late check-out despite it being the summer holiday season.
