From September to October 2024, I completed a self-drive tour of the Qinghai-Tibet-Xinjiang-Gansu Grand Loop. The journey took 53 days and covered 18,100 km. The Yellow River Source Scenic Area is mainly composed of Eling Lake, Zhaling Lake and Niutou Monument. Zhaling Lake and Eling Lake are the two largest plateau freshwater lakes at the source of the Yellow River. The lake is more than 4,300 meters above sea level.
