Tokyo, you are truly stunning! As shown in the picture
So beautiful!! Tokyo even has such a niche spot for flower viewing!!
This year's weather has caused the azaleas and cherry blossoms to arrive about 10 days late, and the sprawling azalea trail has reached its most beautiful season!
Clusters of flowers in various colors are so~ cute~ With over 50 varieties and more than 3,000 azalea plants, they look like ice cream scoops of different flavors🍦There's even a limited-time special seal available now!
Nezu Shrine has a history of over 1,900 years, and the Otome Inari Shrine within its grounds is considered the goddess of agriculture and commerce. The approach to the flower garden features a 'miniature version' of the Senbon Torii gates⛩️which is very photogenic~ There are also some artisan stalls at the entrance of the shrine where you can find some interesting trinkets, and the nearby Yanaka Ginza is also worth a visit, with its lively atmosphere, and it has even appeared in Jay Chou's music video.

KAIDEN WATTS
is the oldest shrine in the Shigenji area. It is said that the great writers Natsume Soseki and Mori Ouwai also like to come here for a walk and find inspiration.
has passed the midsummer, the trees in the shrine are still very lush, and there will be large azaleas blooming in spring, which is not the same beauty. Unlike the people of Asakusa and Ueno, the tranquility here seems to be able to hear the heartbeat.
The red dragonfly in the pool, the floating light and shadow, and the prayers in people's hearts, even the only thing in this big courtyard.
In Japan, Tori is a dividing line between the gods and the human world. Walking through the torii into the shrine means walking into the realm of God. It sounds like the scene we saw in the TV series, but today I can really try it out in reality.
The structure of the ostrich is relatively simple. Most of them are composed of two columns, eucalyptus, island wood and several parts connected to the column. However, after a hundred years of wind and rain, they have always existed, adding a special Intimacy.
Note: Because there are many plants in the shrine, there are many mosquitoes in the vicinity of the bird house. Be sure to spray the mosquito repellent water and take photos.
Transportation: Get off at the subway Shinjin Shrine Station and walk

The Nezu Shrine
#cherryblossom2024
My holiday was filled with excitement as I embarked on an adventurous trip to the lively city of Japan. Spring had just arrived, transforming the surroundings into a picturesque paradise. Walking through Nezu Shrine was a rejuvenating experience, with breathtaking views that left us in awe. The beautiful landscapes of this serene sanctuary made our trip unforgettable.
Nezu Shrine, with its origins dating back to 1706, stands as a remarkable testament to the grandeur of Edo-era shrine architecture. The shrine's majestic buildings, adorned with a captivating blend of vermilion and gold lacquer in the distinctive 'gongen-zukuri' style, create a visual spectacle that is truly awe-inspiring. It comes as no surprise that this architectural masterpiece has been rightfully recognized as an Important Cultural Property. However, the shrine's allure extends beyond its architectural splendor. Nestled within its sacred grounds lies the enchanting 'Tsutsuji-en', a sprawling Japanese azalea garden spanning over 6,600 square meters. This meticulously curated garden boasts an impressive collection of 3,000 azaleas, showcasing around 50 different varieties. As spring arrives, the garden becomes a magnet for countless admirers who flock to witness the breathtaking beauty of these vibrant blooms. It is worth noting that the Nezu Shrine's rich history stretches back nearly 1,900 years, originally established in Sendagi before being relocated to Nezu to commemorate the momentous occasion of the fifth shogun Tsunayoshi Tokugawa's selection of his successor.
This opulent and mesmerizing escape has made a lasting impression on my memory. The happiness of returning and savoring every moment in this exclusive sanctuary is truly unmatched.#trip

Nezu Shrine in Tokyo: A Serene Zen Sanctuary
Stepping into the historic Nezu Shrine in Tokyo is like entering a scroll of ink painting brimming with the essence of a Shinto sanctuary. The bright red torii gates stand majestically before you, their smooth traditional architectural lines exuding an ancient and elegant Japanese charm. The pebbled path under the torii winds its way upwards, with several clusters of plum blossoms blooming alongside, appearing exceptionally ethereal and elegant against the backdrop of the morning mist.
Following the path, you pass by a stone basin used for ritual cleansing, where the water's surface sparkles and the sound of flowing water seems to compose a melody of nature's tranquility and peace. Suddenly, a grand shrine building looms at the end of your view. The soaring rooflines of the shrine are strong and vigorous, and the structure's layout follows strict symmetry, revealing a simple yet uncontrived noble elegance.
Thus, we step by step enter this ancient and majestic shrine, immersing ourselves in the unique Zen atmosphere of Japanese shrine architecture. Occasionally, a gentle breeze brings a hint of fragrance, as if conveying the auspicious aura of this quiet yet solemn Japanese sacred place. Being here amplifies the innermost longing for the simplicity of life, granting a new understanding and sudden enlightenment about life.

Place to See Azaleas - Nezu Shrine
Nezu Shrine is located in Bunkyo Ward, Tokyo. The shrine's garden is home to more than 100 varieties of about 3,000 azalea bushes. Every April, when the azaleas are in full bloom, the local area holds an 'Azalea Festival'.
This April, I came to Nezu Shrine to see the azaleas, and upon entering, I found many tourists queuing to enter the garden area. After waiting for thirty minutes and paying 500 yen, I finally entered the garden area. There were a lot of visitors admiring the flowers. As I slowly walked along with the other visitors, taking pictures of the various scenes, I realized that although I arrived a bit late and some of the azaleas had already peaked, it still felt great.
